Amazing location—just 20 minutes to Zion National Park, 5 minutes to Zion Canyon Hot Springs. ~20 minutes from St. George, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake, and near awesome mountain biking trails. Close to grocery stores & restaurants. 3 bedrooms: king in master, 2 queens, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room, RV space, huge fenced yard with grill, garage. Cozy, peaceful space for six to enjoy. Children’s playground right across the street.

Perfect location

We were staying for a soccer tournament and had time to go to Zion. It was such a cute house, great location and very comfortable and clean. Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay and make memories

We had a great stay at Zion Residence. The place was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were really convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and well equipped House

Great house in a good location close to zions and all southern utah adventure. The home has large beds in all bedrooms. Fridge and cupboards sticked with spices amd condiments. Cute decor. Home owner communicates very well and responds wuickly.

Great House

This was a very clean and well stocked house. Great location to many things. We stayed for 4 nights. There is only 1 thing I would suggest the owner changes and that is the A/C was off when we arrived at the house and with the temps in the 100s that made for a very warm house. I do highly recommend this house very cute, clean, and I’ve never seen a VRBO house so well stocked with EVERYTHING!!! (Coffee/full size shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms/towels and wipes at door to clean the red dirt off/ every kind of pot and pan you could need, etc) We were able to see the following things: Zion/ Grand Canyon/ Vegas and Hoover Dam. All are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
