「Pros: - The room is very clean, with most of the essential services provided. - The receptionist is nice, but with limited English-speaking ability. - Very nice location, with bus station just nearby. It takes around 30 minutes by bus to go to Geneva city center, which I think is a fair duration. Cons: - It is a bit strange that the room key is super heavy. But good that I deposit the key to the reception when going out. - The elevator is a bit old-style. But still works well.」

「Staff was super helpful and provided an excellent customer experience! The only thing was the property was under construction and there was a few sketchy people around the area. There was a young man doing drugs in front of the entrance that confronted me for having my phone out, I let him know that I was waiting for my Uber yet he still threatened me. 「我們住的是家庭房，原先的起居室的沙發變成小朋友的床，沙發床攤開後，走道就顯得狹窄。原先的小餐桌也被移到主臥室。但優惠的價格可以換到兩房不會互相干擾的空間，加上緊鄰許多餐廳，以及離車站不遠。算是超值的旅館，值得推薦。」

「What a wonderful hotel, facilities, and team. It's so wonderful to see an independent hotel full! The breakfast spread is great and vast. We opted for dinner every night available and the 3 courses plus cheese was delicious, fresh, varied and didn't need to be rolled to our rooms but felt full. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were wonderful to use daily to unwind after the slopes and before dinner. The location is quiet and just over the bridge from Super Morzine gondola.」
