「Very clean, private, beautiful property. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Safe neighborhood, Starbucks is a block away. 5 minute Uber to Fairplex. Cute and friendly dog in gated area!」

「Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. His repair was to message 2 days later “is it still beeping”. This was after we were told by Vrbo that he was sending someone to fix it. Needless to say it was never fixed.」

「Was cancelled on 30 minutes before arriving only because I had to reach out and ask why I didn’t receive any info on check in.」

「Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model.」
