「Very nice staff, clean room. *Helpful Tip: try to get a room furtherest from the main staircase bc of the outside traffic noises.」

Despite repeated requests, basic amenities such as water, cutlery, and other fundamental essentials were missing Such negligence shows a clear lack of responsibile and proper service standards. Overall, the experience fell far below what any customer should reasonably expect.」

Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.」

「The bathroom had a broken faucet and the toilet seat was damaged, no hot water. Room service was very slow. They had cookies for breakfast! On asking they did give us omelet!」

「There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness.
