Perfect place for two families to stay comfortably. Felt like a luxury stay but with all the comforts of home.Hosts were available and quick to respond with questions.Beautiful property with sprawling front porch and swing to enjoy the view. Great Family Getaway

This beautiful spacious property has the feeling of togetherness with plenty elbow room. We rented it for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding at a nearby (30 min) venue. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

Thanksgiving gathering with family. Excellent kitchen. Comfortable beds. Considerable space for a large group to spread out and visit and play games. It snowed us inside, but terrific outside spaces on deck, rear patio, front porch. Communicative property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Purina Farms Dog Show

A group of 8 of us stayed at Pointer House for a week to attend a dog show. It was a comfortable, clean house in a beautiful, quiet location not too far away from the show facility. Hosts were very responsive. The large kitchen/eating area/family room was a wonderful place for the group to gather and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Sprawling, Spacious, & Sensational

The Pointer Haus is unlike any vacation rental we've had in 35 years of marriage. We, our 3 adult children, their spouses, & our grandkids (plus my tiny lapdog) all nestled in under the same roof to reconnect as a family. We laughed & lounged in front of fireplaces, cooked family recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, watched wildlife (deer & turkey) emerge from the woods (must have smelled our s'mores!) & slept deeply in private comfy bedrooms on crisp, clean linens. Nat checked in with us to be of service ~ we didn't need a single thing as every need was anticipated in advance & already in place... We all can't wait to come "home" to Pointer Haus next year.
