My visit appeared to be an inconvenience to him and he made no attempt to smile or provide assistance. While recognising that it is not his fault that I cannot speak Spanish, long diatribes in his local language when it was clear I could not understand a word he was saying was unhelpful. I felt like a naughty school child. I definitely would not return.」
