Very nice host, very responsive if needed.Accomadation was good, everything needed available.Weather could have been better though. Lots of mosquitos due to heavy rainfalls and nearby forest.Nevertheless, very enjoyable place I can recommend!

Perfect holiday rental

The house was just perfect for our needs - very well equipped and well decorated, with a nice, enclosed outside space. We appreciated the warm welcome from the kind owners, Michele and William. Our dog, Olive, particularly liked the walk through the woods to the dunes - and it’s a lovely walk, even without a dog!

Wonderful relaxing 5 days

We were so happy to have found this beautiful property, in a part of France we’d never visited before. Michele was the perfect host, and could not wait to visit San Sebastián based on her fab recommendations. The house was perfect for us, had absolutely everything we needed, and our dog enjoyed the freedom of the totally secure, enclosed garden. We spent every evening reclining in the garden or eating alfresco in the shade(it was a very hot week). All in all it was the perfect final 5 days to our holiday and we’d love to come back

A very pleasant stay!

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely bungalow with our dog. Michele is very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us personally and explained everything. Although she lives in the large house next door, she was very discreet and respectful; we didn't even notice her. The beds were comfortable and the shower wonderful. We particularly liked the wonderfully scented liquid soap with olive oil from "Savon Le Naturel." The large sofa was a bit soft in our opinion, but that's a matter of taste. The Wi-Fi was slow at times but still sufficient for our needs. The small, fenced and secluded garden was beautifully maintained and a dream for our dog. The cottage is close to a playground, so you can occasionally hear the children when the weather is nice. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend Michele's house.

Lovely property.

Spent 4 nights in this lovely property. Light, airy and fully equipped. Excellent location, short walk to beach and forest. Michele was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return again later in the year. Have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Spacious holiday house

It is a very well equipped and clean house in a rather quite road near the beach. It was easy for us to feel like home because everthing we needed was there and the owners were very friendly and helpfull. Also our dog enjoyed the fenced garden and long walkes in the nearby forest. We had the Feeling , that the Holiday was too short , so we would like to come back!

Simply Great!

We (2 adults, 3 Kids and 2 dogs) spent two wonderful weeks at Labenne-Ocean! The house is very well equipped, everything is there what you need. The owners are very friendly and nice:) The garden and the terrace are also wonderful for the kids! It was just awesome! We will come back:) Best regards Familie Seitz

Great location!

We had a great time in Labenne Ocean this summer. Everything was as described, the house clean and well-maintained. Our dog loved the garden and our children all the activity opportunities in this area. With bikes you reach the beach within 3 minutes, by foot 10 min. The forest is also only a few steps away, so it was easy with the dog. The hospitality of Michele and Bill is excellent, they provided us with tips for restaurants, where to go, etc. , and they had always time for a conversation. All in all it was perfect and we definitely plan to come back next year.

A home from home relaxing stay.

This house is great. We felt at home straight away and our young kids also took to it immediately. Located behind the owners house but you feel like you are tucked away in your own private spot which is great. Lovely private garden and eating out side in rain and shine! All the necessary house utensils etc that you need including some games for inside and outside the house that we made use. And added touches like the beach umbrella - a god send on the really hot days. Great location for this part of the surfing coast, laid back, cycling and swimming in the lake - all nearby and the mountains in easy reach. Thanks Michele for the welcome and help!

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien in Labenne verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt positioniert. Wir durften das Haus mit zwei Hunden bewohnen. Da das ganze Haus hundesicher umzäunt ist, konnten wir uns jederzeit frei bewegen. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub 100% geniessen. Das Haus bietet alles, was im Urlaub nötig ist. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, ideal für unseren Hund. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, ideal zum Radfahren. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe vom Atlantik

Wir haben in diesem schönen ruhigen Ferienhaus mit Garten in der Nähe vom Strand (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg) zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und wohnen in einem Haus auf dem selben Grundstück.Sie haben uns gute Tipps gegeben, z.B. Fahrräder auszuleihen. Es gibt sehr gute Radwege und wir haben einige Radtouren gemacht z.B. nach Capbreton, Hossegor und Bayonne. Auch Biarritz und San Sebastian sind sehenswert (allerdings mit Auto). Unser 17jähriger Sohn hat einen Surfkurs gemacht, der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit teils hohen Wellen. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Unser Urlaub (2 Personen) diente der Erholung und Entspannung. Das Haus ist optimal gelegen, da sowohl der Strand als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch diverse Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Trotz seiner zentralen Lage ist das Haus ausgesprochen ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeberin Michele) und ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ansonsten halten sie sich völlig zurück und bitten darum, sie bei etwaigen Fragen jederzeit anzusprechen. Wir können das Ferienhaus samt seinen beiden Gastgebern ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Séjour très agréable

Tout s'est bien passé. Nous avons trouvé la maison sans difficulté, l'accueil est très cordiale, Michele a à cœur notre bien-être, elle est disponible mais discrète. Nous la remercions pour ses gentilles attentions. La maison est propre, confortable, lumineuse et bien équipée. Il y a une jolie nature environnante et la plage est accessible à pieds, en une dizaine de minutes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion nous est donnée.

Parfait !

L’emplacement de la maison est idéal pour aller à pied à l’océan et la maison est tout simplement parfaite. Les équipements sont de qualité, même le chauffage est au top pour nos vacances de février. Merci à Michele qui nous a très bien accueilli.

Die Übergabe durch die Eigentümerin Michel, war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus absolut sauber und in extrem ruhiger Lage. Es war alles was man brauchte vorhanden. Wasch-Spülmaschine,Küchenutensilien,(Öl-Gewürze,Putzmittel usw.)Bettwäsche (bereits bezogen) alles in top Zustand. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Autoparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und mit Tor abgesichert. Michel hat unser Ruhebedürfnis zu 100% respektiert und war eine herausragende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe beim Check-Out war Problemlos wie beim Check-in. Danke nochmals Michel das wir das Haus bereits am Vormittag beziehen konnten. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und das schöne Haus.Zusammenfassend, war der Aufenthalt sensationell. EineOase zum Entspannen

Das Häuschen ist ein kleines Paradies in toller Lage. Es ist groß genug für vier Personen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Besonders schön ist die große Holzterrasse mit Esstisch sowie einer Lounge-Sitzgruppe. Die Lage: Das Haus liegt in einer Villengegend direkt am Wald. Der Strand und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber: Michelle und Bill sind allerliebst, dezent und immer hilfsbereit. Der Ort: Labenne ocean ist kein wirklicher Ort,sondern eher eine Ansammlung von Campingplätzen und einer Durchgangsstraße mit Restaurants und Shops. Capbreton ist nicht weit uns sehr schön. Fazit: Wer Ruhe sucht, das Meer liebt und auf ein schönes Zuhause auch im Urlaub wert legt, ist hier richtig.
