Extraordinary journey!

We stayed at this villa for a week and it was simply an unforgettable experience. The reality far exceeds the photos – breathtaking views, a perfect location, and complete privacy. The villa itself is luxurious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more), with thoughtful attention to every little detail. The hosts were exceptionally kind and always available. Truly a wonderful stay – we highly recommend it!

Squeaky clean house, very spacy and enough room for 2 or 3 families with children. We made use of the heated pool and we where also happy that the house has central heating in all rooms. Perfect for bad weather days. Communication was nice and alsways helpful. Great stay!

We had a great stay at Villa Franka. The house is really comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The pool and grounds are really well maintained. The view from the upstairs balcony is stunning.The kitchen, utility and bathrooms are all well equipped. All beds and sofa were very comfortable.We had lovely meals out in Labin and Rabac. Got the ferry to Cres visiting beautiful Meli beach. Drove to Pula to see the Amphitheatre.Parents and teenagers all had a great time.

Glorious residence!

Villa Franka ist eine wirklich herausragende Unterkunft, und Francesco ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus und Grundstück ist aussen genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, und ist innen sogar grosszügiger als erwartet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, nichts fehlt, und auch die Basics sind schon mal da ... eigentlich sogar etwas mehr als die Basics. Internet, Heizung etc. ... alles funktioniert einfach. Man hat auf der unteren Ebene 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem gut ausgestatteten und modernen Bad. Oben hat es neben dem grossen Wohnzimmer sogar noch ein schönes Bad mit Dusche. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco klappt prima und er kümmert sich wirklich. Der Pool ist/wird top gewartet. Die Location ist recht abseits und schön ruhig. Man sollte sich deshalb bewusst sein, dass man dort primär hinfahren sollte um vor Ort zu entspannen. Für uns gut, wer allerdings erwartet, z.B. mal eben unkompliziert im Meer baden zu gehen wird feststellen, dass der Weg dorthin doch arg mühsam ist.

Wir haben in der Villa Franka in Mali Kosi zum dritten Mal hintereinander wieder fünf wunderbare Wochen verbracht und fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Alles war perfekt, vor allem die liebevolle Betreuung und Fürsorge von Francesco und Edi, die stets hilfsbereit und erreichbar waren, um uns die Wünsche von den Lippen abzulesen. Villa Franka ist wunderschön, der zauberhafte Garten und Pool laden zum Verweilen ein und die grandiose Aussicht macht den Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis. Wenn uns gesundheitlich nichts dazwischen kommt, werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Marius, Juli-August 2025

Brilliant service!

Alles war super. Ein ruhiger Ort zum Urlaub machen, alles war sauber, Aurora war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich, der Balkon hatte eine schöne Aussicht und der Strand war nur zwanzig Autominuten entfernt. Wir wollten die Villa nicht verlassen, aber leider war unser Urlaub vorbei.🙃

Der Ausblick ist Wunderschön. Die Kommunikation hat auch gut funktioniert. Die einzigen Makel die es gab, waren die zwei Baustellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, wo auch am Wochenende gearbeitet wurde, und die Poolheizung die defekt war.

Ein top ausgestattes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Wir haben uns in Francescos gemütlich eingerichtetem Haus sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben diese Villa, in dieser Lage bewußt gewählt. Unsere Entscheidung hat sich mehr als nur bestätigt. Privates Umfeld, Freiraum auf dem Grundstück, so kann man sich einfach mal fallen lassen. Die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Besonders lobenswert ist die Kommunikation mit Francesco und Jelena zu erwähnen. Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Kroatien verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Eines der Highlights ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Das machte unseren Aufenthalt komfortabel und ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien. Der atemberaubende Ausblick auf das Meer ist ein weiterer Höhepunkt. Jeden Morgen mit diesem Panorama aufzuwachen und die Abende bei Sonnenuntergang zu verbringen, war einfach magisch. Der riesige beheizte Pool war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder und auch für uns Erwachsene. Egal ob zum morgendlichen Schwimmen oder für entspannte Nachmittage – der Pool war immer ein beliebter Treffpunkt, und das beheizte Wasser sorgte für Badespaß bei jedem Wetter. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unseren Gastgeber Francesco und sein Team, die uns herzlich willkommen hießen und unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machten. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Francescos Unterkunft war einfach perfekt und noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu erahnen!! In mitten einer ruhigen Umgebung und sensationellem Meerblick, war es der perfekte Ort für unseren Familienurlaub. Die Betreuung vor und während dem Aufenthalt ging weit über unsere Erwartungen hinaus. Besonders toll war der direkte Zugang zum Pool von 2/3 Schlafzimmern! Für Urlauber die ein ruhiges, wunderschönes und gemütliches AirBnB suchen sind hier absolut richtig! Wir bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen für die liebe Betreuung bei Jelena und Francesco! Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal! P.S.: Besonders die tolle Ausstattung der Küche (Milchaufschäumer, Orangenpresse etc.) hat uns sehr gefreut!

Von der gedeckten Terrasse und vom Sofa geniesst man wirklich einen fantastischen Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht und Insel Cres. (Habe ich nicht so erwartet) In der Nacht ist der gepflegte Garten stimmungsvoll dezent beleuchtet. Hecken und Haus schirmen den Garten und Pool ab, so dass man für sich ist. Francesco hat für uns die Poolheitzung eingestellt, so dass wir schon Mitte April den Pool nutzen konnten, wenn es das Wetter zuliess. Der Pool hat eine Abdeckplane welche die Wärme bei Nichtbenützung in dieser Jahreszeit speichert. Der Pool wurde zweimal in Woche von Francesco kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die Wasserqualität tadellos. Für den Sommer sind reichlich Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, hochwertig und gut ausgestattet (inbesonders die Küche). Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war super. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
