Welcome to the beautiful Villa Xenia, located in picturesque Labin in Istria. This villa is located only 10 km from Rabac, which has the most beautiful beaches in Istria. This spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 165 square meters of living space, with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

Villa Xenia offers numerous facilities that will make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony or relax in the quiet garden. For lovers of outdoor cooking, a barbecue is available, and for refreshment there is also a swimming pool, which can be heated on colder days for an extra charge. A secure parking space is available for your vehicle. For complete fun, there is a badminton court, darts and tiny mini-football goals.

Inside the villa there is a modern equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a comfortable living room with a TV. There is also a pellet stove in the living room, which creates a perfect warm atmosphere in the winter months. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and hair dryer are available. For the youngest guests, a cot and high chair are available.
