Family Getaway

Great property. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Great outside space with the addition of the trampoline and volleyball court. Lovely area of Croatia to stay in and explore. Host was very welcoming and easy to contact.

A perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful time in Presika. The garden with its plants and flowers is just beautiful and the pool was big enough for all. We spent lots of time outside in the sun. The house was very clean and definitely matched the online description. The hosts were super nice and welcoming. We can highly recommend the house and would love to come back!!!

Nice house!

We had a very good week in the house! It was clean and we didn’t miss a thing. Nice beaches nearby that we visited. We also had many good games of tabletennis! Cosy old town just a few minutes walk from the house. I would really recomend this place!

Holiday with 2 families

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in this house, everything was perfect from the well equipped interior to the wonderful outside space. We were 4 adults with 5 teens and 2 dogs and we all loved it! The area was perfect, such a fabulous variety of beaches and lovely to be able to walk to the beautiful old town of Labin. Pula and Rovinj were just under an hour away and we enjoyed eating oysters on the fjord and kayaking to the blue caves. The new town of Labin had everything we needed, a variety of supermarkets, fresh market, dentist and a vet! Would love to return thank you so much.

The perfect spot for family vacation

We enjoyed our two week vacation from the first minute, starting with the super friendly welcome by our hosts. They are the best hosts you can imagine, taking care on everything (pool, garden etc). But before you wake up it’s already done. They live close by, so whenever you need something they can be there soon. on top they are super pet friendly, our dog loved them The pictures’ promises proof reality. The pool is awesome and in best condition, anyway cleaned all two days by the hosts. The house is wide and offers much space and privacy if desired. The kitchen offers all you need and even more incl. a whine-cooler.Really cool is the separate tiny house next to the pool with bathroom and shower as well as a second fridge which is perfect to store the things for the BBQ which is nexto the little house (gas and coal options). The location of the house is ideal to walk to the old town of Labin where there is a couple of nice restaurants. Parking is hardly possible there, so just 15 minute walk. The closest spot for swimming in clear water is just 8mins away by car. Just don’t be too late, because parking is quite tight. If you are really early, you might be able to conquer your own little „bay”. But it’s enough space there on the rocks. don't forget swimming shoes. The only little downside of the house is that the street becomes quite busy at late afternoon. But normally the traffic calms down in the evening. thank you Jasmin and Mase. we had great holidays

Great family villa

Lovely spacious villa. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and helped fix the air con, took us to the supermarket etc. Pool cleaned daily. Located just a 10min walk to Labin old town for restaurants etc. only negatives - swing set is dangerous and my son hurt his knee on the wooden surround of the volleyball courts . But everything else was great and we all had a lovely time. Thanks

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Ferienhaus und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Vor Ort wurde sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert: Als der Toaster kaputtging, bekamen wir umgehend einen neuen.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das tolle Entertainment-Angebot: Tischtennis und weitere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, auch für Kinder, haben für viel Spaß gesorgt. Das große Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight – weitläufig, ruhig gelegen und ohne direkte Nachbarschaft, sodass man die Zeit in völliger Privatsphäre genießen kann.Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: Im Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants, in denen man sehr gut essen kann, und zum Strand fährt man gerade einmal 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Damit bietet das Haus die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Erholung auf der einen Seite sowie Nähe zu Ausflugszielen und Gastronomie auf der anderen.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)

Heerlijk verblijf in Kroatië met de familie.

Prachtig huis in een hele mooie omgeving. Het is een kwartiertje wandelen naar het dorp met verschillende restaurantjes en een kleine supermarkt waar je de basis dingen kan halen. In de omgeving is heel veel te doen. De eigenaar is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten en komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Labin

Tolles Haus mit Pool! Entsprach exakt der Beschreibung im Internet! Der Vermieter war super nett, konnte gute Tipps geben und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn irgendetwas fehlte! Das Haus war nur ein paar Gehminuten von Labin entfernt und hatte alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub brauchte!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in Labin

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus hat Alleinlage und das Grundstück ist wunderschön. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und auch die Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Schon der Empfang war so, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Wir waren leider nur eine Woche dort. Das war definitiv zu wenig ;-) Gereist sind wir mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 9 Personen. In das kleine Städtchen Labin kann man zu Fuß gehen, dort gibt es gute Restaurants und leckeres Eis.Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer mit seinen schönen Buchten ist in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar.

Schönes Haus

Wir (2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern zwischen 8 und 17) haben im Oktober eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles, was benötigt wird. Die Schlafzimmer passen auch alle, es ist auch super, dass fast jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Wir hätten uns für die Hunde allerdings einen wirklich dichten Zaun gewünscht. Zudem ist das Heizelement sehr geräuschintensiv und springt zu jeder Tagges- und Nachtzeit an.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus in alleiniger topp Lage. Es ist alles da, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub wichtig ist. Klasse wären noch neue Fliegengitter. Besonders schön ist der Pool samt Liegeflächen und Garten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wer mit Hund reist muss allerdings beachten, dass das Grundstück nur teilweise eingezäunt bzw. ummauert ist. Sehr praktisch ist auch das kostenfreie E-Mobil, dass vom 5 Minuten entfernten Parkplatz direkt in die Altstadt Labins fährt. Sehr gute Restaurants in Labin sind das "Kvarner" (auch für Fisch) und das "Rumore". Unbedingt sollte man das Eis beim "Velo Kafe" probieren. Das macht süchtig. Und in Rabac ist die Trattoria "La Pentola" sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sagen danke für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus und Anlage, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit der Anlage, den Pool, den Volleyballplatz sehr genossen. Abends kann man super runter in das kleine Örtchen spazieren und dort gibt es tolle Restaurants und eine Eisdiele. Das Restaurant Pizzeria Napoli ist besonders zu empfehlen! Im Haus hat man alles, was man so braucht. Besonders toll war, dass es so große Kühlschränke und einen großen Gefrierschrank gibt. Es wäre noch schön, wenn es Handtücher für den Pool geben würde ;) Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und können sehr gut Englisch!

Es war wirklich ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem großen Grundstück für uns und unsere Hunde. Alles war sauber der Rasen und der Pool waren auch top gepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas betagt aber auch das ist kein Problem, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Bis zum nächsten mal und auf Wiedersehen.

Nicht nur die Unterkunft ist top

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und wohlgefühlt. Ein Highlight war natürlich der große Garten mit Pool, Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Volleyballfeld, Schaukel und Grill. Für die ganze Familie inkl. Hund ist etwas dabei. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gaben uns viele Tipps, die wir gerne angenommen haben. Außerdem waren sie stets erreichbar und haben auf Nachfragen zügig geantwortet oder vor Ort geholfen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die die lange Anreise absolut wert ist.

Tolle Zeit

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen, davon 2 Kinder. Das Haus war einfach nur toll!!! Sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und in gutem Zustand. Es war alles was macht braucht vorhanden. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und entsprach komplett der Beschreibung. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird auch regelmäßige gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundliche und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Nach Labin kommt man in ca. 15 Gehminuten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, aber man muss ca. 1,5 - 2 Std. bergab laufen. Mit dem Auto kommt man in ungefähr 15 min. nach Rabac an den Strand. Wir waren absolut begeistert, haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühl und können das Haus bedenkenlos und sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Daumen hoch und 10 von 10 Punkten 👍👍
