Awesome Host & Property

Renate and her family were great hosts and made our vacation a great and memorable one! The apartment is comfortable, modern and has everything that is needed during a vacation. The location is perfect for those that want to get away from tourist masses and busy hotels and cities. The view either day or night is magnificent and you will not be disappointed. We preferred this side of the Istrian coast, but venturing to the other side is only an hour away. We will return to Renate's place and enjoy her great personality and hospitality. Thank you!

Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten

Für uns war es als Familie der erste Kroatien- und Strandurlaub überhaupt. Bereits eine Woche vor unserer Anreise haben wir von Frau Huber telefonisch wertvolle Tipps zur Anreise erhalten. Die letzten Meter zur Ferienwohnung gestalteten sich im erstem Moment als "abenteuerlich", waren aber genau nach unserem Geschmack – weit ab vom Massentourismus! Die Ferienwohnung sowie das Anwesen sind sauber und gepflegt! Wertvoll war auch die Klimaanlage, welche uns, an den für uns doch sehr heißen Tagen, oft über die Mittagshitze gerettet, da es im freien kaum auszuhalten war. Von der Ferienwohnung aus starteten wir, in alle erdenklichen Himmelsrichtungen, Unternehmungen an den nächstbesten Strand sowie Ausflüge in viele der umliegenden Dörfer und Städtchen Istriens (Rabac, Labin, Pula, Opatija, uvm.). Wir haben uns von Frau Huber gut aufgenommen und verstanden gefühlt. Sie war so gut wie jederzeit als Ansprechpartnerin für unsere Fragen verfügbar. So bekamen wir fast täglich Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung und der Kvarner-Bucht. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Rundum Super 👍

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei der lieben Renate. Sie hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts für jegliche Fragen und Anliegen für uns da. Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns herzlich.

Hervorragendes Anwesen

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr positiv empfangen und habe uns sofort Willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber gehalten. Es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen und die Aussicht sucht seinesgleichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr Wohl gefühlt und können nur positives berichten.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und fürsorglich und hat uns noch viele Tipps gegeben - unter anderem für schöne Strände. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Tolle Ferien bei freundlichen Gastgebern

Diese Ferienunterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Alles in einem absolut hervorragendem Zustand. Zudem wird hier Sauberkeit groß geschrieben. Auch die Außenanlagen ist prima. Der Pool ist völlig ausreichend zum abkühlen und planschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Meer ist alles in der Nähe und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war bereits vor der Anreise schon sehr hilfsbereit und hat Tipps gegeben. Auch vor Ort war Renate stets eine gute Seele und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen. Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub ging viel zu schnell zu Ende. Wir kommen aber sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Dank der sehr guten, gastfreundlichen Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Renate, begann der Urlaub bereits schon vor der Abfahrt. Da wir eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung nach Istrien erhalten haben. Vor Ort angekommen waren wir von der Ferienwohnung absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts (Kühltasche & Kühlakkus, Seife, Spüli, Gewürze, Kinderspielsachen uvm.) Außerdem ist die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, abseits vom Rummel der Stadt. Die nächstgelegenen Städte Rabac oder Labin erreicht man in 10 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Auch trug der zur Verfügung stehende Pool zur guten Urlaubsstimmung bei. Abgerundet wurde der perfekte Urlaub durch die insider Tipps von Renate.

Gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, mitten in der Natur.

Renate und ihre Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich. Sie gaben uns das Gefühl, hier wirklich willkommen zu sein. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus hat ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, durch seine Lage mitten in der Natur. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber, großzügig im Platz und liebevoll eingerichtet.Auf der großen, überdachtenTerasse hält man die Hitze auch gut aus und man kann die Sonnenuntergänge genießen.

Wunderschönes Domizil in der istrischen Landschaft

Unser Aufenthalt bei Renate und Sasa war einfach wunderschön! Das Apartment an sich sowie der ganze Außenbereich ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Renate ist die geborene Gastgeberin und hatte immer einige hilfreiche Tipps für uns parat. Die Aussicht ist einfach einmalig und die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Besser geht es nicht! Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren zwei Wochen.
