Villa Laura is a charming holiday home with a pool and jacuzzi, located on the edge of a forest near Rabac. Nestled in a peaceful area on a hillside above Rabac, it offers guests a tranquil environment and a chance to enjoy the surrounding nature. The beach in Rabac is just a few minutes' drive away, as is the town of Labin, where you can find supermarkets, a market, restaurants, traditional taverns, pharmacies, bakeries, gas stations, a bus station, and more.The spacious yard of Villa Laura is equipped with numerous amenities for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a private pool, jacuzzi, covered summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining table, sun loungers, umbrellas, two covered parking spaces, a table tennis table, swings for children, and two outdoor exercise machines.The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two children, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a foosball table, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.Villa Laura is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends seeking peace, nature, and top-quality amenities, with easy access to local attractions and facilities.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
