Perfect outside area

The house has a very nice outside area with a great "green" garden, pool and cosy grill area. The house itself is ok, with old furnitures - extremally old fashion but has a climate.

Happy family holydays in Villa Favola near Labin

We had a very nice stay for one week in Villa Favola in Labin, starting with a warm and informative welcome. The villa has lots of a little bit old fashioned but nice rooms and a beautiful large garden, which provided more than enough space for our kids to perform lots of games. Also the pool was very valuable. We enjoyed also Labin itself, a very nice and historic city, the possibilities for biking and swimming (next beach around 15 minutes by car). For a large family it was a really great and relaxing week.

Great outdoor space

Easy check in process. House was great for our needs two families- one family of 3 (had a 4 year old) stayed in the right half of the house which has two bedrooms and the open plan kitchen space. The other family of 4 9 and 11 year old stayed in the 3 bed side with small kitchen and living room. The main feature of the house is the outdoor space which is amazing the garden is large with football and badminton and a swing. The pool is a good temperature and perfect size. The seating around the garden is great with the outdoor kitchen only lacking a nearby fridge. The outdoor shower was amazing. The indoor spaces are dark but the beds are large and there are plenty of plates etc but some more large glasses would be a good addition to the house. Things we found we needed to purchase quickly so if you doing an arrival shop: bug spray and repellent candles, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll. The host was available for questions we had during the stay and gave good recommendations of places to visit

Beautifull Stone-House with big garden

The unit consists of two apartments next to each other. The apartments are rather dark but through the thick stone walls in the summer nice and cool. The grounds are large and offer plenty of space for fun and games. We had a nice stay and enjoyed our vacation very much.

Wir alle waren begeistert von dem alten Steinhaus und dessen Angeboten von Sauna über Pool, Tischtennis, Kicker bis zu dem einzigartigen Garten mit liebevoller Bepflanzung.Der Eigentümer war angenehm unaufdringlich und schaute nur gelegentlich vorbei um zu fragen, ob alles ok sei. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Uriges gemütliches Landhaus mit Mega Grundstück

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und den heißen Juli in Kroatien am Pool getrotzt! Der Garten mit Außenküche, Pool, schattenspendenden Bäumen und tollem Mobilar ist das Herzstück des Hauses. Außerdem ist ist Aufteilung der Räume bestens für 3 Generationen geeignet! Auch drinnen alles urig und mit Stil! Aber was dringend moderner werden muss, sind Kleiderschränke und Küchenutensilien. Keine Kleidung konnte aus dem Koffer geräumt werden, da alle Schränke massiv gemuffelt haben. Pfannen usw. Laden nicht zum Kochen ein. Sehr schade! Der Pool müsste gründlicher gereinigtwerden, haben wir aber einfach selber erledigt

Herrlich alte Villa mit Pool und Poolhaus

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene + 7 Kinder. Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von Labin. Das alte Haus ist urig restauriert. Wir haben diesen Charme gemocht. Wer auf Neuzeit Architektur und riesige Glasflächen steht, für den ist das eher nichts. Neben dem Poolhaus befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte. Es war rundum ein grandioser Urlaub.

Sehr schöner Familenurlaub

Das sehr schöne Haus liegt wie beschrieben sehr ruhig und außerhalb jeden Trubels. Das war genau das was wir gesucht hatten, eine Auszeit in der Natur in einem authentischen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus. Das Haupthaus hat an so mancher Stelle einen knarzenden Boden und ist manchmal etwas hellhörig, aber all das war für uns genau richtig. Der Außenbereich ist toll für die Kinder, Basketball, Fußball, Tischtennis und im Sommer der Pool einfach toll. Eine Location die wir uns definitiv merken werden.

Sehr schöne Villla mit Garten und Pool

Wir (8 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa. Sowohl innen als auch außen hat jeder ausreichend Platz und kann sich falls gewünscht zurückziehen und entspannen. Der alte Baum mitten im Garten spendet schönen natürlichen Schatten und ist für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern super. Auch für Sonnenanbeter ist im großen Garten genug Platz. Das Highlight war v.a. für die Kinder der Pool. Vielen Dank!

Netter und zuvorkommende Besitzer

Alles in Allem super! Kleine Küchen (dafür 2 bzw draußen auch noch eine) Und generell sehr kleine Räume, dafür aber ein umso größerer Außenbereich. Wände sind relativ dünn und die Böden knarzen, dafür sind die Räumlichkeiten aber in 2 Häuser aufgeteilt. Bäder sind Top, Betten sind groß genug. Internet ist generell gut genug für normales Browsen, lässt aber ab Nachmittag bis Abend zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ist nichts kaputt, alles was ausgeschrieben ist, stimmt zu 100%. 5/5 würden wieder hingehen

Wunderschönes Haus/Grundstück

Perfekte Lage für Ruhesuchende. 10min von diversen Stränden entfernt. Super Grillstelle beim Poolhaus. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Gerne wieder :-)

Auszeit im April mit der erweiterten Familie

Schönes Anwesen mit zwei getrennten Wohneinheiten und privaten kleinen Sportmöglichkeiten: Fußball, Basketball, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, jogging auf ruhigen Straßen. Sauna und offener Kamin für die kälteren Tage sehr genossen.

one week vacation

Very nice place. We stayed there with friends and totally enjoyed it. The host was friendly and gave us some tipps for the Restaurant. Unfortunately there was some water damage in the kitchen and sometimes there was a little water dripping from the ceiling. Apart from that the Villa and it's garden was a blast. Totally would visit again!

Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig gereinigt, und das eine Bad war wegen einen Wasserschaden nicht zubenützen. Ansonsten eine super Unterkunft.

Bellissima villa immersa nel verde

Villa immersa nel verde con tutte le comodità. Adatta a gruppi di amici con bambini, spazio a volontà ma anche privacy. Zona molto tranquilla anche se a due minuti di auto dai servizi e dalle spiagge. Da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante. Unico piccolo inconveniente avuto con un bagno con una perdita e la lavastoviglie da revisionare. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Vor allem Garten, Pool, Poolhaus sind sehr schön, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Leider konnten wir eines der Bäder nicht benutzen wegen eines nochnicht gefundenen Wasserrohrschadens, aber das wird sicher bald repariert.

Fantastisch

Das Objekt liegt ca. 7 Autominuten von der nächsten Stadt und dem nächsten Strand entfernt. Es ist gepflegt, sehr schön angelegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und teilweise Mückennetze. Die sollten überall angebracht werden, da die Mücken teilweise sehr aggressiv sind. Der Pool ist perfekt temperiert und wird ständig sauber gehalten. Auch unterschiedliche und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem gesamten Grundstück sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist etwas zu klein geraten, um für 12 Personen eine Mahlzeit zu zubereiten. Dafür gibt es 2 Küchen und einen Holzgrill. Alles in allem - ein empfehlenswertes Haus. Alles Top!!!
