Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich, die Möbel sind aber schon etwas älter. Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Die Duplex-Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Gut, dass das Vermietungsbüro seine eigenen Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
