Die FeWo hat eine ausreichende Größe für 2 Personen mit Hund. Die Terrasse (ca. 3x5m) ist auch ausreichend groß für den Tisch mit 3 bequemen Flechtsesseln + Strandkorb, aber keine Abgrenzung zu Nebenterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist überwiegend in gutem Zustand, da teils schön erneuert (Sofa, Esstisch, Bettgestell), einige Teile sind vermutlich noch auf der Liste (Duschdichtungen, Backofen, Toaster, Matratzen gut aber seitlich abgesackt). Besteck und Geschirr ist komplett vorhanden incl. Küchenhelfer. Für Selbstversorger fehlen Mixer + Mikrowellenabdeckung. Parken ist ein Problem, nur teilweise feste Außenstellplätze für andere Wohnungen, die aber recht schmal sind und für diese FeWo Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wo aber kaum ein heutiges Auto reinpasst, da Max.-Höhe nur 1,50 m durch Duplextechnik (2-etagig). Am Wochenende knapp mit sonstigen Parkplätzen durch sonstige Anwohner + Urlauber. Das Haus gesamt ist gepflegt incl. Grünflächen, FeWo selbst OK hinsichtlich Sauberkeit (wenn man nicht zu genau schaut). Die Lage ist gut im Oberdorf, nahe zu Kurpark und Gastronomie. Die Kieler Förde kann man von Terrasse aus durch Bäume sehen. Insgesamt mit Preis-Leistungsverhältnis können wir die FeWo und auch Laboe weiterempfehlen. Einige Küchenutensilien ergänzen s.o. und Toaster austauschen. Schlösser und Türen (nach außen) recht schwergängig.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt und auch mit Hund alles gar kein Problem. Der hundestrand in laboe ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Tolle ebenerdige Wohnung, ideal für Gäste, die schlecht Treppen steigen können. Ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen und gute Erstausstattung. Es wäre wichtig, dass die Stühle Filzkleber bekommen. Sie sind relativ schwer und machen viel Lärm beim Verschieben. Die Terrassentür lässt sich nur schwer schließen und erst, wenn man den Trick heraus gefunden hat. Ansonsten kommen wir sehr gerne wieder

Top-FeWo in toller Lage

Fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt liegt die Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage mit mehreren Wohnungen ebenerdig mit eigener Garage bzw. Stellplatz. Der gute Zuschnitt der Ferienwohnung, die tolle gepflegte Terrasse, von Bäumen umstellt, der prompte Service der Mitarbeiter (Probleme am TV wurden binnen weniger Stunden gelöst) und die gute Ausstattung haben mich zu meiner Bewertung veranlasst. Außerdem waren die Matratzen für uns top - und wir können nicht auf jeder Matratze schlafen. Ich kann nur beste Bewertungen abgeben und mich herzlich bedanken für den schönen Aufenthalt. Klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite!

Hallo liebes team de...

Hallo liebes team des appartementservices, So waren wir recht zufrieden in der Wohnung. Aber wie schon vorher angesprochen ist der parkplatz wirklich eine zumutung , vor allem hätten wir mit unserem auto nicht in der unteren etage parken können. Dies sollte vielleicht bei der buchung dem mieter mitgeteilt werden, dass es dann um so eine parkform geht. Erfreulich wäre es gewesen, ein paar mülltüten und ein paar maschinentabs in der wohnung zu haben. Auch war es nicht so leicht mit wäsche waschen.... nur 50 cent stücke ist nicht optimal(für lange waschgänge braucht man seeeehr viele davon, wahrscheinlich auch nicht ihre baustelle, wird hausvermietersache sein Leider waren auch ameisen in der wohnung, haben dies mit Spraydraußen auf terasse am haus entlang versprüht aber in den griff bekommen. Ich hoffe es kommt nicht zu meckerig rüber, das soll so nicht gemeint sein. Wir waren sonst zufrieden, haus machte sehr sauberen und gepflegten eindruck. Unsere kinder waren gut zufrieden.

Gepflegte Wohnung ruhiger Lage wenige hundert Meter vom Meer

Die Wohnung ist quasi im Zustand "Erstbezug" und wirklich gut ausgestattet inkl. Terrasse mit hoher Hecke um den Garten. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Weg zum Strand nur wenige hundert Meter weit. Wichtig ist auch das Drumherum: Die örtliche Ferienwohungsvermittlung hat alles unternommen, um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen - von der Mietabwicklung bist hin zur Zusatz-Bettwäsche. Und das WLAN bringt gepflegte 40 Mbit! Wer also im Urlaub ein wenig arbeiten muss - hier ist dies möglich. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Mit 4 Personen wird's im Wohnzimmer durch die ausziehbare Couch ein wenig eng. Trotzdem: Schlafen kann man darauf gut. Wir werden wiederkommen ins herrliche Laboe - und hoffentlich in dieses Haus!
