I had such an amazing first time in St. Lucia for my birthday trip. The host Julie was very welcoming and helpful and responded promptly whenever I had any questions or even needed suggestions. She assisted in any excursions and food recommendations close by and also helpful with us finding anything and assisted us in getting a rental car. I enjoyed my time, from enjoying the sunrise at the pool or even star gazing peaceful on the rooftop. The only minor con is that some days are hot in the living room so keeping the ac going helped balance those hotter moments due to the humidity. I felt safe and enjoyed this space. I loved there was a balcony for each room and living room. For my first time in St. Lucia this was a beautiful treat and a great learning experience of this great island. This place was very welcoming and may require a driver if you’re not fully comfortable driving on the left and on very curvy and diverse roads especially at night but overall a gem. I truly appreciate my stay here and can’t wait to visit again, honestly. Thank you again.

Pool felt great during most times of the day, even at night. Beautiful views of the ocean and hills everywhere.

Our group had high expectations for this villa based on the many rave reviews, and while there were certainly positives, our overall experience did not fully align with what we anticipated.To start on a positive note, communication prior to landing in St. Lucia and upon check-in on the first day was excellent. The property manager gave us a full tour of the grounds, helped us settle in, and even took us to the market, which was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, after that initial day, the level of attentiveness noticeably declined.Throughout our stay, some of our planned agenda items needed help due to unexpected changes. We had hoped to rely on the property manager’s local knowledge to help problem-solve and provide guidance, but instead found ourselves needing to conduct our own in depth research and find solutions independently. This diminished the sense of ease and support we expected during our time at the villa.The property itself has much to offer, but the guest experience could be greatly improved with more consistent communication and proactive support from management.

Awesome Property

This is an amazing property! Beautiful view. Great pool. The perfect seclusion for me and my wife. Julie picked us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and to a restaurant. She was available for whatever we needed which really made us not feel alone. Hospitality at its finest! Communication with the owners and instructors were clear. We came to St. Lucia a couple of days early for a wedding at a resort. After a couple of days at the resort we wished we were back at this place!

Great views and blissfully peaceful

The villa consists of two beautiful bedrooms, both en-suite, a large sitting room and a kitchen area. There are two balconies, a large terrace and a huge rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a terrific, clean and refreshing little pool. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the living room is not, a fan helps but still gets rather warm in there. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything one could possibly ask for. The property is very modern and clean and situated in a quiet and safe area. Having a car is highly recommended. Contact with the renter was very prompt and helpful and the girl who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The views from the rooftop area are truly spectacular with great views of Vieux Fort and the sea. I could not be happier choosing this villa for my first two nights on St Lucia!

We had the whole building for ourseves. We enjoyed the roof terrace with the pool. And we had wonderful nights of stargazing. The terrace of our apartment was very enjoyable and we had breakfast and lunches with a cooling breeze and beautiful view. Bertrand and Julie were awesome hosts. We rented the car from them (you will definite need car here). Driving on the left in small roads added to our adventure of discovering Saint Lucia and experiencing the real Saint Lucia. They arranged for a fresh tuna to be delivered to us, for an expedition with Reel Time Adventures (caught a 18.7 pound Black Jack fish) and a sunset cruise with Nerv boats and taxis. You will be surrounded by many hummingbirds as well as local birds in the island. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful villa with incredible views

My husband and I along with 2 of our friends spent 2 weeks at the Luxury Sky Villa in February of 2025. We usually book house rentals through VRBO when we travel. Our hosts at Luxury Sky Villa provided such amazing hospitality before during and even after our stay. I would highly recommend this rental. Everything was clean and well maintained .

We highly recommend The Luxury Sky Villa!!! A gem in Laborie! We were greeted by Julie who immediately became a friend. Julie gave us recommendations for food and fun! We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Julie, the assistant, was a standout—thoughtful, attentive, and always available without being overbearing. The house itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight—immaculately maintained with breathtaking views. We were impressed by all the thoughtful extras, like Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen and a high-quality speaker on the rooftop, which really enhanced the experience.The location was perfect—private enough to feel safe and secluded, but close enough to all the attractions and amenities you’d want. It struck the perfect balance. The house was spacious, comfortable, and provided great value overall. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend!

Honeymoon

I haven't been able to stay yet. Flights were canceled from weather. Couldn't change anything in VRBO. Bertrand & Julie agreed to allow us to stay on other available days at the end of the month. Great communication!! They seem like wonderful hosts and we can't wait to see the island. They're helping right now with last min. accomodations to catch the ferry to the hotel where we're spending our first week, until they're available here. Our trip has been canceled twice so far. Praying it starts at 5am on the 22nd!

Great location, excellent host

This villa was perfect for our family and came equipped with everything we needed for stay. Julie was available to answer any questions I had throughout our stay. She even put together and decorated a Christmas tree for our stay since we were coming with our two small children for the holiday. So thoughtful!

Sky Villa

The Sky Villa surpased our expectations - our reluctance to rent at $200/night could not have been more wrong! After receiving a local recommendation we booked our vacation. Upon our arrival and the warm greeting Julie offered we knew did not make a mistake! Her recommendations of beaches or local cuisine is valuable and essential to your stay!! The villa was extremely clean and well stocked with staples. We stopped at the local market and liquor to accommodate our personal needs. In conclusion, this villa is underpriced for the service you receive and the sheer beauty of this property! BOOK IT - you will not be disappointed! 8)

Magnificent Relaxation

In LOVE with St Lucia

What a great vacation. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Luxury Sky Villa. Everything was actually better than described.
