"My group had an amazing time making memories. The rooms were large, plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was spacious and had plenty of space to cook for a big group. We had such a good time with or group of 22 girls. Thank you for allowing us to stay and I recommend it fully!"

"The home needs maintenance. We had to replace the flush plug on the toilet due to no response. The downstairs needed a deep vacuuming. That is just for starters. We came home from dinner and found a dead mouse at the bottom of the stairwell. The carpets need cleaning. However, the pool was well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We won't be staying there again. "

"House is nice and location was good for us. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, including a crockpot.We didn’t use the pool as we stayed in February and it was a bit chilly, but the proximity of the house to pool is great and would be awesome in the spring/summer especially if you have kids. The house is close to the volleyball and pickle ball courts, but not too close that the sound is a nuisance. Our teens enjoyed the Xbox in the upstairs living area. Living areas are large and comfortable. The oversized couches and kitchen tables are great additions and the house is clean and decorated nicely. Ping pong table was a nice touch and helped keep my teens entertained.BBQ is connected to natural gas so no worries about running out of propane, but some of the grates seem rusted & grill brushes should be replaced. Propane for the fire pit was empty and igniter was either broken or needed batteries, so we couldn’t use that, unfortunately.Fitness center was disappointing as it only had 3 pieces of cardio equipment and no weights. The two main bedrooms upstairs were HOT, despite a separate thermostat. Could benefit from black out drapes in bedrooms to help with the heat and morning light. Microwave works, but you have to push the door further once closed, otherwise light stays on and turntable continues to spin, even though door seems shut.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. "This is an absolutely beautiful home with super comfy beds and showers in every bedroom and an additional Casita, which made it nice for our group of four. Everything was as advertised and I was really happy with the size of the yard and the beautiful landscaping. I did however have a couple small issues: I came in late so it was dark and I used the map function from VRBO and it took me to the wrong house, not really the property owners fault, but worth mentioning the other small issue I had was there was no heat in the master bedroom and we were staying in December so it kept dropping down to 59 in the room which was fairly uncomfortable. The master did have a fireplace but I could not get that to work either. Also, such a nice home to have 1ply in every bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay and I would do it again maybe just with heat next time!"

"Great property for our family! We loved the easy access to the water park, but we also LOVED having a private pool and hot tub. The space was amazing and easily accommodated our family...even the teenagers. The only concerns we had were that both the pool cleaner and the landscapers came to work on both the pool and to prune the palm trees while we were there. We understand the maintenance schedule, but we felt like those could have been done when the property wasn't being rented. If you are going to use the Xboxes, you will need to log in with your own Xbox account...same with Netflix. The teenagers loved the foosball, so that was a plus for them. We would recommend both additional trash bags and paper towels be provided at the property, as we had to purchase both. For the size of the house, we felt like what was provided didn't cover the needs of a large family. The two living room spaces were great, and we loved that the bedrooms upstairs fed into the second living room. A very thoughtful floor plan for a big family. The property management company was VERY responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, so that was also a plus! Thank you to them for helping us and for doing it in such a professional and pleasant way. Great location! We were close to a grocery store and a couple of food places, which accommodated our food needs. Very quiet area! Pickleball courts are very close, and there is a nice walking path in that same area. We'll be back!"
