「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「The suite was very nice as well as huge. The kitchen was will equipped. The couches and TV and WiFi where great. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the edge of the walled old town. For the price it was amazing. The of site parking is about a block away an there was no street parking in front of the loft when we arrived. When we left we had no problem getting street parking in from of the loft. There was some street noise that we heard within the unit (the windows did little to block the noise).」

「The circa 1810 building is right in the heart of old Quebec City, close to the Notre-Dame Basilica-Cathedral, the city hall, the Frontenac, many nice restaurants etc. The location cannot be beat if you want to see old Quebec City. The apartment is at the top of a flight of stairs. It was spotlessly clean when we were there. There was plenty of room for us, and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. There was free parking in an underground garage about 3 minutes away on foot....
