Multi Family Vacation

This place is absolutely amazing! All 5 families agreed it is the best place yet! Plenty of bedrooms for couples and kids, plenty of fridge and pantry space (we bring food for 20 people for 7 days), the game room and hot tub were a big hit! The optional pontoon rental is awesome, the kids had a blast tubing with their cousins for hours, while the less adventurous family members could watch them from the beautiful deck. The nighttime view of the lake is stunning, their landscaping and lighting is spot on. Loved every minute, worth every penny!

Amazing vacation house in the north woods!!

We had an amazing time with our large extended family! So much room for everyone, plenty of things to do. Love the extra kitchens when needed, and bathrooms for all. There are games available to play, music to hook up to, lots of fun all around. The kitchen is very well supplied with all you would need, even with so many people staying. We love the deck, the screened in porch is going to be amazing! Thought has been put into amenities that would be wanted or needed by all. Everyone loved their stay!

Family Reunion Success

This house is a beautiful retreat, off the beaten path but has everything you could ever want. No need to leave! We spent hours in the lake fishing and swimming we're a hit. The large screened in porch was perfect for hanging out sans bugs. The game room kept people engaged and the bald eagles and loons on the lake were magical. Thank you for a great trip. We had a large group. 14 adults and 6 kids and it was perfect.

Our 60th wedding anniversary at Bear Pause

We absolutely loved all aspects of this property. It is truly a secluded Wisconsin North woods paradise without the interference of today's modern world. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed all the amenities. We took a lot of games with us but they never got used because there was so much to enjoy at house and lake.The fishing was great and the sunset's awesome. My favorite spot was sitting on the high chairs on the deck, and sitting at the tables looking over the lake and having my morning coffee or my evening wine.

Wonderful vacation

We loved this beautiful home. The lake is clear and calm with a small sandy area for the kids to play. The loons and otters entertained us as we enjoyed the large deck and screened in area.

Farrar Family FUN

The location is awesome. The accommodations are seriously outstanding. The beauty of the property inside and out is spectacular. We could not ask for more, there was nothing we needed, it was all there. The Stone house was perfect for our overflow of family members. The small beach was perfect for the littles, and a cool calm lake for paddle boarding and kayaking, Plus there is no way you could not catch a fish in the lake!!! we were there for a week and I believe our 1 grandson alone caught 48 fish. (catch and release). the young ones had sooo much fun swimming fishing bike riding catching bugs frogs snakes. It was GREAT! Thank you so much for memories that last a lifetime. When you leave the property for fun (no need to leave) but if you do right down the road is Minocqua a cute town for shopping with many close by go cart tracks, grocery stores and restaurants. I could go on forever. They we all positive experiences on the property. Again it has it all. Loons, wood ducks, eagles, bears, fish. Could not have had better experiences. Thank you, Farrar Family,
