There were some communication issues prior to arrival regarding the kayak usage but it did get cleared up. Otherwise they were prompt in their responses. The place was clean, well maintained. There was one chair that was not comfortable. Beds were great! Lovely place!

Top setting, some minor issues

The setting is serene and gorgeous. The unit was very nice but I feel could be improved to meet expectations. This was my 4th stay at the property in the last 9 years and this was the first time that the unit’s main bathroom lacked any kind of bath or shower gel, hand wash or soap. The conditioner bottle was empty. There was a bottle of hand wash in the kitchen but the pump was broken. The kitchen was well equipped but did not have any plastic wrap or food paper of any kind (only an empty aluminum foil box). In the powder room, the toilet paper holder was repaired without repairing the wall and all the old holes. The balcony was beautiful but could use a sweep to clear the saw dust and cigarette buts on the floor. I would stay there again but believe the management company is different from past stays and it needs to up its game. The club with the pool, tennis, etc was excellent.

Nous avons séjourné pour 2 nuits, le jour nous étions en Ski à Tremblant. Tellement proche qu’on revenait luncher au chalet. On n’a pas profité des installation du complexe, peut-être une autre fois. Le foyer ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivé, j’ai envoyé un message et un moins d’une heure quelqu’un avait passé le réparer. Je vous recommande cette place
