"We have just returned from a four night stay at Pierre & Vacances Residence Bleu at Lacanau Ocean. My husband, our dog and I stayed in a ground floor one bedroom apartment. It was very small, dark and very tired though clean and well organised. We found no access to the wifi and had to contact reception during its very limited hours; we were told we needed to have a ‘wifi box’ to access it and had to go to reception to pick it up. Once obtained it worked well. I would have appreciated being told...

"Wir waren in der wunderschönen Villa mit 4 Erwachsenen 2 Teenagern und einem Hund. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Zusätzlich könnten auch noch 2 weitere Personen in einer kleinen Hütte neben dem Haus schlafen. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt haben. Die beiden Badezimmer sind noch sehr neu und auch die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Bei schönem Wetter...

"Le logement est très fonctionnel, la terrasse est grande et donne l’impression de manger dans la forêt, avec le confort d un salon. Nous avons apprécié l accueil, tout le confort de la cuisine, lave vaisselle, nespresso…on aurait apprécié un ventilateur mais nous n avons pas eu de grosses chaleurs donc ça allait. "

"The property was damp on arrival, dirty cutlery and cobwebs in all rooms. This property has DEFINITELY NOT been refurbished as per the website. The washing machine had a part missing that was only fixed on our last day, altogether Cyril was available for us this property was not worth the money we spent."

"Nous avons passe une superbe semaine.Le propriétaire nous a communiqué avant notre arrivee toutes les particularites pour acceder au logement.Petit chalet conforme a la description dans une pinede au calme avec a moins de 2km tout le necessaire. "First and most important, a beautiful villa with excellent aircon, garden and jacuzzi. Super comfortable with a large garden. It really is so lovely, and great to relax in garden when hot.There was confusion when we checked in, we parked in Villa Rachel and waited for them to arrive only to be told we were in villa next door, which she showed us....which did not have a jacuzzi. Language was a barrier and it took a while before she told us we did have Villa Rachel, but she looked confused and said it's a house for nine!! It looks the roof area has been converted since we booked, so it is now larger....which was not explained.Also WiFi did not work and after attempts to contact host all afternoon I chased up Vrbo, then solved This was all on first day and was fabulous after that."
