“It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. “Check-in was nice and easy with clear communication from the owners. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location wise you couldn’t ask for better, just 5 mins walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We would certainly stay there again if we come to Bath again.”

“The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. “The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. “This was a spacious and comfortable flat in an excellent walkable location. The bed was comfortable and the location was fairly quiet. Just a few minutes walk from the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is about a 5-minute walk from the flat, we parked our car and walked everywhere. "The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
