Comfortable condo, centrally located

This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up.

Convenient location

There were three of us who booked this space for a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion. Location was nice, it was about 10/15 minutes from the concert venue. You could definitely walk down to the Weirs Beach strip if you’d like. I tried being in touch with host several times with no communication back, however it’s a company called Vacasa that is the host. A few complaints about it - the building that the residence is in you must use stairs to get, this includes parking on an upper lot and then carrying your stuff down. The stairs are not great, but that is not the hosts issue it is a property issue. However when you get in make sure the fridge and freezer are set to desired temperature as they have it on the highest setting. All in all for a two night stay it was ok.

Check in was very easy. Kitchen was good and condo was clean. Wouldn’t recommend this for more than a family of 4 has seating in living area is small. We had major issues with the WiFi which cause me to not be able to work and my daughter do class work with out eating up all our personal data I needed access to WiFi while on the trip. Team was responsive but still didn’t get it fixed until day 3 of our trip and the WiFi we were connected to wasn’t the best. In all the place was as described and very nice

OK place but need more improvement

Overall, the stay was OK, but there were a couple of issues that left us disappointed. First, it was difficult to find the unit. We arrived at night, and the community was poorly lit, making it hard to navigate. The parking area is located above the units, and we couldn't spot the unit number from there. It would have been helpful to have a map or clear instructions for locating the property. Second, the kitchen was outdated, and the utensils and tableware were not clean. We noticed stains on them, and with no dishwasher available, we had to thoroughly wash everything before use. This made the experience less pleasant. Third, there are no enough hangers in the closet. We had to place our cloth inside our case. I don't think it is hard for this matter.

Good

Was a great 1st time experience, glad we got there during the day as the numbers were easly read, it would have been very difficult at night. Everything was as discribed and the game closet was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.
