「This is a beautiful and lovingly restored historic home at the edge of greek row. We rented this so our family could all stay together for my son's wedding. The common areas promote time together from the dining area to the family room to the game room downstairs!!! Parking is a bit tricky but that is true all over Pullman, so, no worries we just planned for carpooling as best we could. Doug and Mary are wonderful hosts!!! Cant wait to come again for a game. GO COUGS!!!! 」

「We really enjoyed the State Street Cottage, 1 BR apt. We were in Pullman to watch a baseball tournament and it was like coming home after every game. AC working great. All the convience of home.」

「We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「We enjoyed the ranch setting very much. Our 1 year old Golden Retriever got along well with all of the ranch guardian dogs. It was a pleasure meeting and visiting with the family. If you’re offered a ranch tour by the kids do not pass on it. This is a hard working, down to earth family. We will certainly consider another stay in the future.」

We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. 「It is very comfortable and I would like to rent it again in the future.」

「Had what we needed, not a lot more. Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman.」

「The house was perfect for our group of three couples visiting the SE Washington area. Easily walkable to the main town area, but also within a hour drive to Walla Walla wine country, Palouse Falls and hiking. The living room is huge and having the pool table downstairs was great for entertainment.
