You'll enjoy a private garden, a carport, a beautiful furnished terrace, and, most importantly, a private swimming pool (9x4m, depth from 0.90m to 2m), fully secured by a fence, so you can cool off in peace and quiet. The house offers a comfortable layout with: - a living room with a lounge, fireplace (wood provided for the first fire) and television - a well-equipped separate kitchen - a bright veranda - three bedrooms - a bathroom and a separate toilet On the lower floor, a second kitchen, a shower, and a toilet are available, convenient for meals and returning from swimming in summer. This cooler room is perfect during hot weather. The cottage has oil-fired central heating and baby equipment upon request. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service are optional.
