"Everything was wonderful! All staff were friendly and welcoming, ready to help in any way. I arrived late, but attached restaurant looked very nice. Room was far beyond what I might have expected. Clean, well lit, and very comfortable.Close to airport, shuttle took 6 minutes early morning (a bit longer at 9 pm when I arrived). Not a negative remark, but for information they do not have an elevator. Porter carried luggage to 3rd floor, and for me two bags were easily handled coming down. I’m sure they would have provided a porter for that if I needed. ONLY difficulty due to my inexperience with airport was finding shuttle contact point. But I called the hotel and they were able in English to direct me between Entrance 3 and 4 on 2nd floor. A single little spot had placards for 20 or 30 hotels. The workers (3rd party company) there contact your hotel, show you where to wait, and escort you out to shuttle when it arrives. It will be seamless next time I need to stay a night or more in Bangkok. Lastly, VERY affordable. I definitely recommend this hotel."
