“Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. “Our room was very hot the first night. The air condition is not controlled in the room but rather generally by the staff. So you have no control over the a/c. It is a historic building. This being said the rooms are small and the street noise is incredibly loud. It felt like there was drag racing outside our room in the street all night. Literally could not sleep with all the noise outside.”

“They were cashless which I do not like but I know that is a corporate decision. The onsite staff was excellent. There was no place to get change so I could adequately tip the staff. I will be mindful of that on future trips.”

“We got a room on the corner of the building and it was so big and pretty. It was very clean. The room said 1 bed but it also had a couch with a pullout bed. Breakfast was good and free. Parking can be expensive. Felt safe here despite lots of homeless people downtown.”

“The hotel is beautiful, the staff missed hard. We waited on a remote for our tv the whole stay keep calling and getting the run around. Never been at a Hilton and couldn’t watch tv. Room wasn’t cleaned despite the sign on the door and telling them too. Lobby is in the middle of the hotel check in was not easy. Be ready to walk to the desk for everything. It was birthday and everything was a huge inconvenience staying here. ”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
