3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Florida Room, Large Deck with a western view of a Nature Preserve/Wetland with birds, frogs, etc. Split bedroom plan - Master (King bed) & 2nd Bed Room (Queen bed) have private baths & view of preserve. 3rd bedroom has Murphy bed and computer desk. Tile floors throughout.
Security cameras, if present cover only public areas and are for the protection of owner’s property and the property and security of guests.
No smokers or animals. ENTER ACTUAL NUMBER OF GUESTS IN YOUR REQUEST. Base rate is for 2 guests.

Spacious with a great back yard view

We enjoyed our stay and the house was well stocked for our family with lots of towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. We actually were able to make 3 Christmas recipes and they had all the kitchen appliances and supplies we needed. The owner got back to us very promptly about any concerns or questions we had. 1 of the guest rooms has more of a firm mattress. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Great location and wonderful home for a visit to family living in The Villages. This house is extremely well equipped with everything you need from kitchen equipment, extra blankets, and lots of towels to even a golf cart! Can’t recommend this highly enough! Thanks, Roy for opening your home to us!

Everything we needed and more!

This home was comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the utensils, several dinnerware sets and cutlery. Anything we needed, we found there. Also, lots of towels in the bathrooms! Only one tv remote needed and it was easy to use.

Nice House/Great Location

This is a great property that is located near two of the main squares within the Villages. The house was perfect for me and my family, with a very easy check-in process. I hope to use this property again in the future!

Super easy to get to, well kept, we didn’t get in until late each night and left each morning early due to horse showing but super comfortable house with separate bedrooms for each adult

very nice

We stayed for 2 nights. The back deck was very nice with lots of wildlife to watch. Other than the Keurig, we didn't use any of the appliances. The beds were very firm. The sheets towels and other necessities were plentiful and ordinary. The house is in a subdivision, not really a vacation rental. We were attending an event so we didn't use the pool and didn't need any entertainment. It was very convenient to stores and restaurants. I would recommend it. Roy was very responsive and helpful.
