「Second visit to this property & it’s just as immaculate as the first visit two years ago, home away from home for us, we enjoyed plenty of cycling with Sumter Landing Cycling Club, tennis & dining @ various restaurants. Looking forward to next visit, James was very helpful & responded very quickly whenever needed. Five Stars」

「House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

「Arian and his wife are perfect hosts. The place was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for 1 or 2 people, with a private bedroom and bathroom. Exquisitely decorated with attention to every detail. Arian is a fabulous chef and gets your day started right with a wonderful breakfast. If I am in that area again, I know where I will be staying.」

「This sweet little yellow house is surrounded by native flowers and plants. Not to mention the bird feeders. This touched my heart I also love birds. The home itself is lovely the pictures don’t do it justice. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the host are wonderful.」

「The location has everything you need for a training session in-house with a couple of employees. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, location is near shopping and restaurants, I'll stay again. The only thing I would suggest that the host change is adding a roll of paper towels to the kitchen.」

「The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. 「We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. Our guest passes were available upon arrival so we were all set to go enjoy The Villages on day...
