The Evangeline house is where chic style meets elegant design. Mid-century modern feel with original hardwood floors throughout—stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Washer/dryer included in the unit. This unique home is located 5 minutes off the interstate and 2 minutes from the University of Louisiana on the most quaint street. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants Downtown Lafayette offers.

Wonderful Stay
We came to town for a Christmas party and stayed at the Evangeline House for the night. Location was conveniently located to downtown on a nice quiet street. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our stay. Tyler was a great host and always quick to respond. Thanks again!

We had an excellent stay at the Evangeline house. The location was perfect and the house was nicely remodeled. WiFi was fast, the decor was very stylish, and overall we had a great stay at this property. The location was ideal for us and close to many interesting local restaurants and bars. One of the negatives, while the remodel was really nice, our experience was that the bed in the main bedroom was extremely “creaky” - every time we turned at night it was quite noisy.

Beautiful Home & Lovely Stay
This is a gorgeous, welcoming home. The location was ideal for trips to campus and downtown. It was spotlessly clean and impeccably decorated. The furniture is placed to give you abundant space and also make you feel cozy. So relaxing! Accessories are thoughtful; I had everything I needed. The host, Tyler, is very responsive. I hope to stay again soon.
