The tub was brown and peeling. The Wifi was unusable. And when i brought this to the staff i was told "just use uour hot spot" if i wasn't a monthly HIE customer (every 2 weeks) id never book at another one. Way below HIE standards. They are usually perfect.

Girl at front desk was nice but had to continue to look for her, as she was enjoying conversation at office when first checking in, while enjoying other guest outside sitting and talking rest of stay. Beds had hair from previous guest, it smelled horrible, ( I left to buy febreze) and the shower head was covered in brown gooo ( have pics ).

The elevator call button was broken from the 3rd floor. There were issues with the room we were given, but the front desk handled them promptly and got us moved to a new room.

Long black hair in tub, dirt in the corners of tub. A/C leaked the carpet was wet smelled like mold. Soap, lotion holder was nasty. The chair in the room was stained and dirty. I sprayed 2 cans of Lysol You could smell the mold in the hallway. They had 30+ people in the pool which only 4 people actually had a room, the others drove up and left in their cars and left their trash behind, still there the next morning. The A/C in the so called gym was broken; smelled like mold and mildrew in there. DO NOT STAY HERE

Toilet didn’t flush well. The AC unit kept the carpet wet in our room. The whole hotel had a mold/mildew smell. Very dark with no lights at all by the pool at night.The Elevator button from the third floor did not work. Had to call the hotel and get the clerk to send the elevator to the third floor from the 1st floor so it was very time consuming.

Hotel and room smelt musky like water damage,tv didn’t work,WiFi didn’t work,elevator didn’t work to go down from the 3rd floor had to call the front desk if you was lucky for someone to answer otherwise you’d have to take the stairs,Young worker at the front was very rude and not friendly. Will not be staying at this hotel again and will definitely be telling friends and family not to book here either.

Overall rude manager. Told me I could have a certain room and kept lying to my face when his other employees were telling me different things.

This was the roll in crib for my 4 month old. They wanna talk about safe sleep the crib sheet didn’t even fit the mattress.

The staff was great at check in. When there wasn’t enough towels in the room, they gladly fixed the problem within a few minutes. Bathroom cleanliness is the only issue that could’ve been better.
