We walked in and didn’t stay. This place is dirty and smells of smoke and roach spray. I would feel better staying in my car. Customer service was nice though!

It was my first time staying here and will be the last! The room was unclean trash can under sink was dirty and there was less that a half roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom. The was hardly no lighting in the parking lot.

The service was the worse ever. I booked our 3 night stay almost 2 weeks in advance. The payment was taken out that morning when it was suppose be taken once I was at the property to check in. Check in time was suppose to be at 3p and I arrived a few minutes early. Once I got inside there was a smell of marijuana in the lobby area. I booked a NON SMOKING room. When I finally got the key and went up to the room the key didnt work. Ok I was already pissed by the manager's attitude and to not have a working key to the room and the floor lit of smoke whn I walked off the elevator I was even more pissed. She had an issue with my support animal being in any of the rooms but the hotel was *Pet Friendly*. So once she gave me another key I was able to enter the room and it was dirty as if someone was still in the room. Towels all over, the bed looked like someone was still sleeping in it and it smelled horrible. I went back down stairs and told her she couldnt be serious about that room. I tossed the key and walked out. At that time I was done and I called Expedia. I was heated!!! I will NEVER stay at that location again. It looked like a drug spot and it was an airport hotel. People are living there and it I didnt feel safe. It was the worst experience for us and they refused to refund our money. It would have been 5-7 business days to get our money back and we couldnt afford another hotel. We finally got in our room after 5p...NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We strive to keep our hotel a smoke free environment as our policy states. Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel, and we were out of pet rooms at the time. We were unaware you would be bringing a pet with you. Service animals are free of charge, but emotional support animal has a pet charge. I did not apply that charge to you. Also, I had upgraded you to a deluxe suite free of charge due the unforeseen circumstance. I was under the impression that you were okay with your stay. Again, please due accept our apologies. It was our pleasure to have you as a guest and we hope to see you again in the future.

Absolutely disgusting. The white sheets were turning yellow from not being washed, there was a cockroach in the room, the shower head leaked everywhere, the shower curtain was too small so the floor was soaked, and worse of all there was black mold growing in the bathroom. I would never tell anyone to stay here it was absolutely disgusting and it’s a scam to charge 60 a night

My family and I had a horrible stay. Rooms smell and carpet was dirty. Only one set of towels was in the restroom and now rug to step out the shower on. When you call to get fresh towels the next morning you had to take the soiled towels to the front desk and turn them in to be washed. We had to wait an hour each time for the towels to be washed and dried. The staff was unpleasant to speak to.

I was gave a room with no towels, no TV working, and in top of that no water on the tub. I went down and canceled three days and paid for one night as I agreed with the lady at Frontdesk. Well two days after I departed my bank account was charged in full for the four nights I was reserved. I went back there and the manager was out until Sunday

The room was smaller than expected. The guests on our floor were very loud. Even though it’s a non smoke hotel you could smell smoke in certain areas. The bed was very comfortable, the floors were clean, the staff were nice, zero trouble getting in the room. Our door wasn’t sturdy you could pull on it and it would move back and forth like it was about to be opened. The hotel is close to everything you need. Target, dollar tree, gas stations, TopGolf, Dave and Busters. Literally everything you need.

Only on a budget
Stayed 10 days. Struggled to check in. There was nobody at the front desk… other people were complaining that they’ve been trying to pay since it was the first of the month. The place was dirty. Nobody vacuumed the halls. Major roach problem. They sprayed the last day I was there. The refrigerator was old and broken. It would go from the extreme of not working at all to freezing everything. Once the fruit and eggs froze, they were no longer good. The staff was nice. They did provide coffee in the mornings. The room was the cheapest in the area. You get what you pay for

Ok for a night to crash
We were in town one night for a party. Needed a place close by that was pet friendly. The staff was great. The outside of the fridge was rusty and the walls were discolored. Everything else in the room was clean. Overall the stay was ok for one night. You can definitely tell it is an extended stay hotel. It seemed there were a lot of tenets that live there. If you have higher expectations, this place is probably not for you

Took 3 tries to get in a room that was acceptable. First room had a TV that did not work. Second room had a toilet that didn’t flush. Finally the third room was acceptable enough to check in to. Luckily I was able to get a room, it was the last one available for the night. I will say that the staff was very apologetic and helpful in getting me into a room.
