Terrible place!! Will never stay there again!!!
We arrive and waiting over 30 minutes for the front desk girl to wait on us. She was eating her ice cream and ignored us. Then we were given a key to a room that had another guests belongings in it. Had to get another room. The room was dirty with no microwave. There was hair on the bedside table, floor in restroom was so dirty and slippery. Major fall hazard. My husband went to the front desk. They sent a maintenance man in to check it. He said it wasn't his problem it's the cleaning solution used by housekeeping. So my husband had to wash the floor with towels in the room. The bathroom had old trash in it. Plus bedding and towels had old stains on them. Looked like they were never washed. Also dirty fridge, walls and light switches had old food or poop on them. So nasty!! We wanted to leave but our debit card was pre charged 3 hours before our arrival. We stay at a lot of hotels. WORST experience ever!!

Mold growth on air vents in halls, peeling paint, rust, and creepy elevators. The room was ok. Bath setup needs revisiting; door/tub/toilet/sink cabinet just didn’t the space the way it was arranged. Felt like I could’ve done better at an updated motel 6.

The property is not super clean. My room was gross and there was mold on the ceiling. You can’t call the front desk. Bc the front desk line goes to a national phone bank. The toilet barely worked. It’s not good guys. Stay somewhere else

The staff was super nice and helpful, especially at check in. The night club was a nice get away without having to drive. The rooms are out dated and not cleaned. Cobb webs in every corner furniture beat up, no microwaves, and we never got house keeping one time. I had to find someone on day 3 just to get one towel and one wash cloth for our 4 day trip. I understand breakfast limits with everything going on but they didnt even offer it everyday, at some point we were just told (oh we ran out)

For $159 i expected way more. We normally stay at the Marriott for same price or lower in Lafayette and its 100 times better. This hotel is old and needs major work. Ceiling tiles out of place, paint work needed, towel rack fell off the wall, carpet was filthy, could not get water really hot and ac did not work as it should. I will not stay here again!

With the premium price and name hotel of Wyndham I expected a much better stay. The hotel was rundown, smelled damp and dirty. The AC in room didn’t work properly. The public areas were dimly lit. Repairs needed inside the room and those that were done were done poorly. The linens appeared to be clean and the pillow were comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I would not be comfortable staying here. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The Lights went out during my stay! I was on the 5th floor with 3 kids packing luggage down 5 flights of stairs trying to hold a phone kids crying they were scared! No generator and still hadn't received my money back for the other days I've booked ! It's was terrible. The hotel rooms needs a major update

Very disappointing!!!
Was very disappointed, was not clean. Mildew real bad in the fridge, toothpaste dried up in bathroom sink, overall dirty had to clean myself so i knew it was clean with clorox wipes. Didn't clean the fridge, didn't use it. Also the hallway was nasty not vacuumed, chips and fruit loops on floor. Also sticky nasty in the elevator. This hotel is DEFINITELY not what it use to be. Over charged hotel for undergrade services!

This property was extremely dirty and run down. I was disgusted. It seemed understaffed. You could not even watch TV because cable was not working. I called the front desk and they said it was like that in the whole hotel.

Don't Stay Here
We rented 3 rooms. One room the toilet would not flush. We asked for maintenance and they could come until the next day. The halls and rooms needed vacuuming. We stayed two nights. After the first night no maid came to clean the room.

Only one working elevator, mold in several places in my room, several stains in carpets throughout the facility and in my room, had to repeatedly keep reasking for clean towels and to have my room cleaned, which I eventually did myself. The shower stopped working at one point and there are several broken fixtures around the hotel and broken faucets in the public bathroom that don't work.

Sorry too many issue for them to let me list.
I personally loved the old style feel and appearance of the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in as well as checking us out was amazing. His courtesy and knowledge is what we are missing un this career world where you are given a position you know nothing about because you know someone. Now for the ugly side. We entered the room and tried to turn on the bed lights only to discover that one of them did not work. Could have been the bulb or a wire shortage but either way it was something that should have been addressed. Upon trying to find out about the wifi we attempted to contact the front desk via phone. Well picking up the receiver and not even getting a dial tobe was surprising but not as surprising as what our investigation uncovered. Wiggling the cord we found that it had a short in it so the dial tone kept coming in and out which we were unable to get one steady enough to contact anyone. So i walked down to the front desk to get the information. I did not mention anything because I thought the worst was behind us. When attempting to take a shower we once again made a devastating discovery. The shower was not working so that put a real damper on things. It is alright to take a bath but still need a way to wash off the filth and a shower would do that so instead we had to us a bucket to wash away our daily activities. Lastly a minor issue but safety one at that was the wall outlet. We were going to plug in a charger only to discover that the outlet was halfway out

Was a nice enough hotel, rooms looked ok but shower wasn’t properly attached and had a leak which went all over the bathroom floor, also the floor next to the A/C unit was really wet from the moment I checked in, beds were super comfy and clean, just need some maintenance

The property was very dirty. Black mold growing in halls and ventilation system. You would be facing a risk staying here. Smoke alarms went off 3 times randomly during the night. I took several pictures of the mold in multiple areas to share with health department on Monday.

Cant say anything good accept the lady who checked me in was friendly. The cleaning lady constantly slamming doors, put her cart blocking my door. The water pressure was at a trickle. Room dirty. The cable box had been taken from the room; no tv. Never sgain

There was mold all around the hallway and in our room. Me and my kids got sick so we have to see a doctor soon. The staff was excellent but I just wish there wasn’t any mold and mildew around.

Staff was very accommodating and polite. Only one of three elevators worked and the one that did work sounded like it could fail at any moment. Only 1 ice machine of five worked.
