「We absolutely loved our stay! Margarida was so kind and welcoming during our stay, and even left us some food for when we arrived. She was always available when needed making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The rooms felt very homey and had everything you could possibly need. Although we only booked a two night stay, we wish we booked for longer! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!」

「Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. 「Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. 」

「In einem Altbau. 4 m hohe Räume. Kühlschrank und Küche gemeinschaftlich. War ok. Es gibt auch Schlafsäle in diesem Hotel. Kommunikation mit Hugo per Whatsapp lief gut. Ich war sehr zufrieden, nur die Dusche braucht 5 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kommt」
