Tourist Tax:
A local tourist tax applies to all guests staying in the municipality of Lagoa. The tax is €2 per person, per night from 1 April to 31 October and €1 per person, per night from 1 November to 31 March.

Guest Registration:
All guests are required to complete the online check-in form before arrival. This is mandatory and allows us to have all the necessary information ready for a smooth check-in.

Barbecue:
Guests are welcome to use the barbecue on the terrace. Please note that its use is entirely at the guest's own responsibility.

Swimming Pool:
Guests have access to the shared condominium swimming pool and its surrounding sun loungers.
