I would book there again, Staff were friendly and did accommodate us when we wanted the exercise room opened a few minutes early than posted. Some equipment could use a refresh. The rooms were well-kept and clean and the AC worked fine. The breakfast was fresh with a broad range of options. The view over the shoreline are great and there is a little beach nearby (although not really usable due to the seaweed this year). With 3 pools there is room for everyone and there are different areas for relaxing in and out of the sun.

This was our 5th stay at the resort, a fantastic location and the breakfasts are still superb. However the resort is becoming a bit tired, we stayed in the same room as last year and the broken drawers from last year hadn’t been fixed (we reported this last year). The staff at the restaurant have also gone downhill, mainly down to a lack of sufficient training. One in particular was rude to us on a couple of occasions which was a shock. We have enjoyed this resort over the years but our last experience means we may start looking elsewhere when returning to the area in the future.

Amazing location! The beach is beautiful. The view also! The hotel complex is nice. The hotel is good but getting old a little. The rooms are nice but not the cleanest… when we arrived, we had to change rooms because the bathroom 1st one was dirty… the second one was ok but still there was a spider web that stayed there the whole stay… The breakfast is ok but can be improved. Also the outside cleaning area wasn’t very clean (again spider web…) The staff is very friendly!

Breakfast daily was amazing. Huge variety of options and always a great start to the day. Location was perfect for us. It sits on a hiking trail with a beautiful beach (Albandeira). It’s small but private. Some days the water was rough but others it was fine to swim. Rooms were clean, small but had everything we needed. Our only wish is that staff were a little friendlier. Maybe I’m just used to friendly Canadian culture and this was noticeably different.
