We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa, and our family (and particularly our grandchildren!) thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis court. The accommodation is very good, and the location is very handy for visits into Lagos and other areas in the Western Algarve. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic property to experience the Algarve coast and all that it offers. It seriously offers more than you could hope for in a holiday stay, so many areas to enjoy - the pool, roof top terrace, tennis, BBQ area and plenty of garden to wander through. Inside is very comfortable, fully air conditioned and plenty of space for my adult family. You will want to cook family dinners in the kitchen, its well set up.One bit of advice, the villa is out of town so plan ahead for hire cars and groceries.

Stunning stay in Villa Alicia

Our stay in Alicia was absolutely perfect from the moment we walked and was met by the lovely house manager Paula who showed us around this beautiful villa with its great outside area including pool and bbq cooking. Nice stay at beatiful holiday home

We had a nice stay at this comfortable villa. We loved the tennis court which was in good shape. Communication with the landlord was also quick and very nice. The house and airconditioning were perfect. Nice outside terraces. The only inconvenience was that the pool took quite a long time to heat properly and only was comfortable on the last days of our stay unfortunately.

Everything was great

We were travelling with a group of 8 adults and had a great time at the villa. It has everything you need: comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a super well equipped kitchen (better than at home ;)), an outdoor kitchen which we used for storing drinks and having BBQ, a great pool area with comfortable pool furniture, the tennis court which we used for all kinds of sports, a pretty garden with many options to sit and relax and a well maintained pool. On rainy days we had a great time in the cosy and spacious living room. You really need a car to get around the area, no restaurants or bars in walking distance.

Amazing vacation!

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay in the Algarve. The villa is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos, within easy access of beaches, supermarket etc. Our kids loved the pool and tennis court and we all enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, sunsets from the roof deck and beautiful weather! We were there in late August and the evenings did get a little windy (but still beautiful), so take a layer! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating - thank you! Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our family holiday of 9

We had the most amazing 12 night family holiday at Vivenda Felicia. Everything we needed was at the villa. The pool was fantastic and we made great use of the bbq, the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor fridge. Our grandchildren hardly left the pool which was fantastic as its deep enough to dive which they learnt to do. We arrived early to drop our cases and at different times and Paula and her husband were so welcoming even though they were still sorting the villa out for us. There are no shops or restaurants nearby but we knew that anyway. We had plenty of bbqs as we were quite content at the villa The old town and the marina are well worth a visit if you're eating out or not. If you want to splash out there is a Michelin star restaurant called Al Sud about 10/15 minutes drive away which we thoroughly enjoyed and a great experience. Probably the best villa we have stayed in and suited out family perfectly, would highly recommend it and hope to return again. I'm going to miss my quiet time in the morning reading in the egg chair. Oh don't worry about hangers there are about 25 in each room! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Magnifique maison dans un endroit calme tres proche de Lagos. La maison est superbement decoree et tout est parfaitement amenage et equipe pour 8 a 10 personnes. Tres bon accueil de la part de Paula et de son mari. Le terrain de tennis est un plus tres appreciable. Le seul bemol est que la piscine n'etait pas chauffee a notre arrivee donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Nous etions peut-etre trop tot dans la saison (debut avril) mais alors l'annonce devrait etre plus claire car elle mentionne une piscine chauffee (et c'et aussi pour cela que nous avions reserve cet endroit). au total, bilan positif et npus recommandons cette location.

Estadia tranquila

A casa situa-se numa zona muito tranquila, o que nos permitiu aproveitar ao máximo as infraestruturas da habitação (piscina, court tenis, etc.), só é pena que nesta zona não existem caminhos para passeios a pé ou de bicicleta, sem ter que aceder à estrada principal. Foi uma semana onde tivemos a oportunidade de voltar jogar tenis em familia e dar belos mergulhos na piscina. O barbecue permitiu que nós fizessemos bastantes grelhados que se transformaram em excelentes refeições. No terraço passamos belos momentos no final da tarde. Esta última semana permitiu-nos recarregar as baterias. Obrigado, Pedro.

Wunschlos glücklich

Wir durften schon zum zweiten mal Gäste in der Vivenda Felicia sein und sind nach wie vor wunschlos glücklich. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Anlage unschlagbar. Eine toll eingerichtete Finca mit großem Pool und eigenem Tennisplatz! Was will man mehr? Wir kommen defintiv wieder.

Lovely Villas with all the amenities

The property has everything you need to stay and enjoy yourselves. The tennis court is lovely and set in sufficient space. The pool is a good size and deep enough for the kids to dive in. The sound system and the number of different seating areas was great for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor kitchen was brilliant and made the evenings really integrated. If you want to walk anywhere then it is about 2.5 miles to the nearest supermarket and 1.5 miles to a bar / cafe. Cycling or walking to / from the villa is not for the unfit - the lovely views mean you have to climb up to get there!! PS - leaving all of the herbs and things to use / add to / replace is really nice. We had a great time and would very happily go back Chris

Great week at Villa Felicia

We had a very good experience in the Villa We were 10 adults and we had place for all. The house is exactly as you can see in the pictures. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They answered to all our questions right after. The person who received us was supper kind and as helpful as the hosts. Regarding the rooms + bathrooms: - The house has a master suite and 3 more bedrooms (2 of them with two single beds). - The big room with a grey sofa turned into a bedroom and that was ok. - The house has 3 bathrooms in total and that is ok. Regarding the kitchen: - It is big and fully equipped. Outdoors: - There were tennis rackets and balls to play tennis and some entertainment for the pool also - We had towels for the pool - The side of the pool has no wind and has sun during all day - We had a big table for all where we ate our meals Neighbourhood: - It is quiet and we did not see many people but the house is not as isolated as we thought so we had to be careful with the noise, since we were ten people. That was the less pleasant thing. Location: - Perfect for us since we visit diffrent beaches everyday. From Algarve till Costa Vicentina we had the best beaches from 10 and 40 mins by car. We just had to choose. We totally recommend the Villa for 8 or 10 friends or for two families with kids.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Lagos dans cette magnifique villa. Belle décoration moderne, court de tennis, piscine et cuisine extérieure excellent après la plage et le soir pour les grillades. Seuls bémols, ustensiles de cuisine extérieure à changer ou nettoyer + tiroirs cuisine intérieure et ustensiles à mieux trier.

Happy Home in the Algarve

Our experience at Villa Felicia was outstanding, my husband and I, our son, daughter in law and little grandsons had such an enjoyable time there. The villa is in a beautiful rural setting on a hilltop with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It is your own private estate with a sparkling pool, tennis court, rooftop patio, full outdoor kitchen and wonderfully maintained garden to wander in. The house is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We felt that we could have stayed forever. We received a very warm welcome from the propery managers on our arrival, they are a delightful family and son Fabio has a tour company that provides interesting tours of the area, he is so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Algarve. We were so grateful for the wine, fruit, vegetables and all the basics provided for a carefree stay. Due to the Covid 19 state of emergency and fast closing borders our 2 week stay was reduced to 5 nights as we scrambled to re-book flights home to Canada. Pieter and Aafke were wonderful, assuring us a safe and comfortable refuge if we were unable to return home. Villa Felicia was our ownly experience of The Algarve yet we have very happy memories of our time there and one day we will come back to enjoy it all once again. Of our experiences with a number of excellent vacation rentals in different parts of the world Villa Felicia truly stands out as exceptional.
