I had a good brief stay. The hotel is basic - you get what you paid for. Pauses include nice shower and spacious room. However, the toilet/ shower room is tight and a caterer is probably needed to help with a variety of dishes including the English breakfast. Thank you!

The hotel needs to be deep cleaned. When the shower was being used in the adjacent room, ours didn't work so needed to wait till I heard the other occupant leave their toilet. Yes, you hear everything going on in the other room (from the toilet) and all conversations in the corridor while in the room. Note that breakfast only covers one person, if you're two you'll need to pay out of pocket for the other person. This was not clearly stated on the description. Lastly, the only helpful personnel in the apartment was the butler and the bar man. The receptionist could use some customer service training. FYI: there is no elevator so might be quite challenging if you have a lot of luggage.

Unprofessional, scam & dirty environment

Poor experience. Small soil on bed linen and they charge $25 USD- no mention of this in contract. Roaches seen crawling around in room. Hotel charged card twice and yet to provide refund for the duplicate charge. I can’t seem to get a response from their admin team.misleading listing - no breakfast no pool at the property we were placed
