“The room and experience was not worth the price - too small and just basic. No space on table to place laptop. Tacky workmanship in the bathroom area. Broken towel hook. Water in wash hand basin don’t fully drain. Staff didn’t fulfill promise to call back. Waiters are not readily available in the restaurant. Basic kits like dental kit not available.”

“The room was overpriced. Not happy that the main restaurant was closed and only the buffet available!”

“Excellent staff! All the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, responsive and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy - ditto for the common areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for the breakfast. The WiFi however needs improvement - we were unable to connect some devices, but instead got the error that simultaneous number of device connections has been reached. Disabling other devices did not fix the issue. Altogether, a very positive experience and we will love……

“Beautiful place once you’re inside. Outside is not so nice. The place also has bad facility maintenance. There is never hot water for shower, Internet goes off daily and multiple power loses. Even with automatic generators, it was very annoying. You have to call them constantly for services or repairs. There is also very loud music from a club next door. However, The staff is very courteous and friendly. I felt bad for them because they really do try and make your stay better but the maintenance……
