Great location, poor service

Apartment and location are recommendable, but not the agency. Problem at check-in, we stood in front of a locked door for an hour, there was no answer from customer service and the promised call back did not come! By chance it turned out that the reason was that the check-in documentation was poor and the key could be taken apart and enlarged. But nobody knew that and it wasn't written. Completely unprofessional and a cheek.
