This is an okay rental but not luxurious by any means. The house is comfortable. First thing we had to do was go out and buy a coffee maker as the Nespresso did not work; also had to buy a hair dryer as one was not located. There were absolutely no instructions for operating TV. Two texts were sent about garbage day. The backyard was unkempt in that the cushions were dirty and located in a filthy store room. The far back sitting area was too dirty to use. The kitchen was not up to standard: floor rug very dirty. Only one saucepan and no teakettle. Some condiments but many outdated. Overall, satisfactory but nothing exceptional.
