「My experience with Orgins at Seahaven was really positive. Beach access was easy, which made my 9 year old extremely happy. The condo was nice and well maintained. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. My only negative was the water pressure to shower, but I guess that is to be expected with the number of people and water usage throughout the facility. 」

「We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.」

「From the first step into this quaint rental to the last, we wouldn't have changed a thing! It's perfect for 2 but could sleep another couple. The Jacuzzi tub was exactly what was needed after a long day. Location is top tier for the beach access ramp is literally just a gate code away. 「This was a great property. It looks exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and had great security. The only part I didn't care for was that we couldn't get more towels midweek and I wish somewhere it would have mentioned the bathrooms off of the lobby. 「This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. 「The check in process was very easy! The resort is in a perfect location with many bars, restaurants, and activities in short proximity. Condo felt clean and the view from the condo was amazing! Only negative thing I would say is that when cooking on the stove and cooking something in the microwave at the same time, it blew the breaker to the kitchen turning off the microwave and kitchen light. Otherwise, I would return and stay again!」
