「The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous. My partner and I really loved the tub. The shower was very nice, good water pressure and never ran out of hot water filling the giant tub and taking hot showers. It was a very unique property which was beautiful to walk around and interact with the dogs and other animals on the property. 」

「It was a great stay. Property has both shared rooms and private ones. I had a private one with private bathroom. It was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the owner offers transport for a minimum fee. Will definitely stay again. 」

「Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. 」

「We loved staying at Chachagua and would highly recommend it to anyone considering. The property is sprawling, with so much available onsite to enjoy. We took advantage of the coffee and chocolate tour, the cooking class, and the night tour on property. All were excellent. Additionally, Chachagua’s location is perfect for seeing Costa Rican wildlife. In less than 48 hours, we saw nearly everything we had only hoped we would see.
