“The neighborhood was perfect for our family of 4 and was an excellent homebase for us to use while we relocated to the area. Tanya was just an incredible host and such a great communicator. The house is lovely and has 3 bedrooms up and a large primary bedroom on the main floor. It worked perfectly for us. There's a great laundry room and the backyard was ideal for us to play outside. There's a playground a short walk away and near the community center / botanic garden. We'd absolutely stay here……

“The house is located in a very clean and safe neighborhood. The swimming pool, yard, and house were very clean. Weekly trash, recycle, and compost pick-up. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to stores and restaurants.”

“We spent two months here and really enjoyed it. The courtyard and backyard make for wonderful breezes through the house all day. It’s centrally located between the beach and the freeway. Grocery stores, Target and lots of restaurants around. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked and the owner is friendly and responsive.”

“My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids. Very impressed by how clean and well kept it was. Niko had lots of little touches to the home to make it feel cozy and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft with bedding that looked and felt brand new. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We used the community pool and hot tub which is in walking distance. And enjoyed sitting in the backyard looking over the lake, which also has walking trails. A close drive to restaurants and shopping.……
