“Our condo was on a corner lot directly across from the beach access which was fantastic. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Reached out one time about the thermostat and got an immediate response. The only suggestion I have is to have a vacuum for sand. Keeping the sand cleaned up is a daily task. “Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. Other apps mentioned had a private hot tub in room and really was the reason I had picked it, all though there was no hot tub I would definitely stay at this property again. “This property has convenient beach access and is short distance walk onto the beach compared to other condos I’ve stayed at on SPI. Check in process was easy but there was only one associate that was working and was busy handling a phone call so I did have to wait a few minutes.
