Direct Oceanview Quiet and Relaxing, new A/C, free WIFI

Our fully air conditioned condo unit 607 is beautifully appointed with island decor throughout. From the moment you step in the door you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean and gardens and Molokai Island to the right. As you proceed to our lanai with seating for four, you may be greeted by sail boats passing by and surfers just off shore. A short walk to the shoreline at the edge of the property and you can often see green sea turtles as they feed on coral in the surf. You'll enjoy free wifi throughout the condo and flat screen cable tv in the bedroom and the living room. Our full kitchen is well stocked with service for 4 and a washer/dryer is provided in the unit. The dining table seats 4. The master suite is large with a comfortable king bed w/luxury linens and a flat panel TV/DVD player. Free wireless internet (WIFI) is available within the unit. The bathroom includes a tiles walk-in shower with luxury linens. The couch in the living room folds out to a queen bed, so the condo sleeps four comfortably and a flat screen TV with DVD player and wireless connection to Netflix and other online services. A slider gives you access to the lanai from the living area, and master bedroom. This provides breathtaking and seemingly private garden, ocean and mountain views. The Royal Kahana property boasts a spacious pool area with a large heated pool; an impeccably maintained lawn area with lounge furniture for sunbathing; a large indoor cabana for dining and entertainment; several gas barbecues, ping pong tables, and shuffleboard. There is an exercise room with treadmills, weight machines, and stair-stepper. Parking is available outside or in the underground garage. The Royal Kahana resort charges $18 per day for parking.

The Lanai view is amazing, we ate breakfast out there every morning and got to watch the sea turtles in the ocean/ Utterly amazing. Beautiful quiet location. Amazing views. Michael was always responsive and timely getting back to me if I had any questions. Thank you our Honeymoon was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view , comfortable stay, everything you could need. We would stay there again. The only negative was a building-wide bug issue that was being sprayed for the day we left. Yes, even Paradise has bugs

Nice Escape to Paradise

Booked 3 nights, very clean and with all the facilities you need! from beach chairs to snorkeling tools. In the kitchen not only has silverware but every kinds of seasoning. Location is perfect too, close to major beaches.

LOCATION AND VIEWS

The unit was very clean and plenty of cooking utensils, the view of the whales right from the balcony amazing. The only downside was the air would not go below 75 and when we inquired about that they said thats the lowest, which was really weird.

Perfect view for whale watching!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean and balcony was perfect for setting up our spotting scope to watch the whales in the Au'au channel. We were walking distance to Maui brewing company and a short drive from Whaler's village and Kaanapali Beach. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean through our windows. Everything we needed in our kitchen for our short stay and free coffee in the lobby in the mornings just in case.

Great stay. Enjoyed watching whales every morning from the balcony, and also seeing sea turtles! Conveniently located, great location. Heated pool was an added benefit and the grills were impressively clean. Would return!

Overall a good experience! The view was gorgeous. The condo was spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The bed was comfy, the furniture was a bit worn but didn't effect anything. We would certainly go back to this unit!

28th annivarsary of marriage on Lahaina Beach.

Overall very nice. Not so good all the NOISY CONSTRUCTION everday but Sat n Sun. Room was great, view was great and got to see alot of whales all 7 days.

Nice unit in a great location

This condo has all the basics and more... we had plenty of towels; beach equipment ; etc. It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishware; pots/pans; etc. The view from the lanai is great and the sound of the waves is so soothing...

Nice view but…

We enjoyed the lanai and the view. However, the unit needs a thorough cleaning. Just a few examples, there was heavy dust in several areas (the wall space above the kitchen cabinets, corner in bathroom, outlet/switch plates and so on), food splatters on kitchen wall by stove.

Royal Kahana 1br

Great location with great ocean views. Unit was clean except for garbage left under the sink. The unit showed it’s wear and tear with dated carpet, furniture and appliances but it worked and was functional. The bulbs in table lamps were different colors and we weren’t able to turn on the bedroom lights even with instructions from manager. Air conditioning was great. Beach toys and towels were in the closet and we appreciated having them. .

There were no surprises with this unit. It was just as portrayed on line. It’s quite spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo & Awesome View

The condo was well furnished with a comfortable couch and bed. It was very clean, and the ocean view was awesome. Most of the ocean front condos I have stayed in have a bedroom window that faces the exterior corridor. The bedroom here had a window facing the ocean as well as a door to the patio. Perfect! This was our second condo as we extended our original stay to help the humane society with providing pet essentials to fire victims. We wish we had been here the entire stay.

Everything was great. Couple small issues. Nothing serious. Front door is finicky. Doesn't want to open on occasion. Everything was very clean. Except for the bathroom wall behind the door. Long black hairs stuck to the wall. Im bald. Definitely not mine. Really enjoyed my stay. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for the nice accommodations Kevin.

Gorgeous View

The first thing I noticed when we opened the door, was the view of the ocean that looked to be “right there.” My favorite thing to do was to sit on the lanai and look for sea turtles bobbing up and down in the surf. The unit was clean and well stocked with everyday items, except BBQ worthy tongs or spatula. Good location with easy access to the Honoapiilani Highway. The pool area is large and the pool is heated. Our only issues in the unit were with doors sticking and being difficult to close or open.

Two week visit

The overall stay was pretty much as we expected; the pictures and descriptions in the VRBO listing were right on. The views from the rooms and balcony were fantastic. The bed king size bed was very comfortable. We liked the large shower, which was nicer that the shower/tub combo the we had in a similar unit on a previous visit. The kitchen was also well stocked, only missing a whisk. The place was getting a little tired; a fresh coat of paint and some other updating could help The only other weakness was the air conditioning. It didn’t cool the place on our first day of the visit after the place was closed. It didn’t really affect our visit since it really didn’t get too hot and the breezes kept the place perfect. I’m not sure how it would be during warmer weather.
