The beach is stunning! Every staff member we interacted with was super nice, helpful and friendly! The room was very clean, we had multiple bath towels and beach towels were provided as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine -- they even had a blender so I was able to make my protein shakes every morning. Did I mention that the price was great too? Overall, 10/10 experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone to wants a quiet, relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so. I'll happily go back again.

Hale Napili was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had in our many visits to Maui. Our room was overlooking the beautiful ocean and had a large furnished balcony to enhance the view. A clean and spacious room with a full kitchen and high quality outside grills allowed us to cook whatever we wanted while also going out to eat at many outstanding restaurants nearby. Access to the beach is a one minute walk from the room and there is a nice grass lawn overlooking the beach that is fully furnished with several lawn chairs. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had several enjoyable conversations with housekeeping personnel and with the on-site manager who was very friendly and informative. Doesn't get any better than this.

Beyond the resorts

Best ever stay in Maui, much more better than paying those extra bucks for resorts. The Napili Bay is literally steps out the back door. The staff were wonderful.

Comfortable and charming

Charming two-story complex. We stayed in a corner unit. The advantage of having a corner unit was no one walked in front of our backyard patio area, so it was quite private in that sense. We could hear other visitors walking and talking, but that is the community aspect of this place. The easy beach access and outdoor showers were nice perks, as was the community area outside for lounging in the sun and grilling, though we only took advantage of the community picnic table for takeout. We also enjoyed having the airflow option between our front door and the backyard patio doors.

Great apartment hotel at the beach.

Great apartment hotel right at the beach with comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchens. However, the reception is unmanned for large parts of the day and there is no emergency number to get hold of the reception. For instance, our automatic lock ceased to work and we couldn't get into our room and had to wait for more than hour which is completely unacceptable. We had to rally the support of other guests, one of which was an apartment owner who had some contacts, which should not be necessary.

Beautiful Hawaiian Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Hale Napili and will definitely stay here again. It was quiet and spacious. Kitchen was good size and was fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses that we needed. Full size refrigerator came in handy. We were always able to find parking on site. There was no extra charge for parking like all the other resorts. There is a laundry room that we could use for no charge. Really appreciated that there was laundry soap for purchase in the office and a computer available to print out boarding pass. We had our own private lanai and enjoyed breakfast there in the mornings. Also appreciated the beach towels and boogie boards that were available for use. We often sat and watched the sunset on the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. This was our home away from home and had all the amenities for a very comfortable stay!

Best place we've stayed in on Maui for a long time. Beautiful beach just steps away from our condo, very private and relaxing. Location is perfect, two restaurants walking distance, Kapalua golf courses just minutes away. Will be back next year.

Napili Bays steps away.

The ocean view from the condos are terrific. The beach is only a few steps away. The staff is exemplary. We’re looking forward to going back.

This place is so cute and awesome! The atmosphere is calm and quiet with a note of romantic ;) It’s located right on the beautiful Napili beach! I’ve never lived closer to the water! The beach has a big waves at one side and very calm water where you can just swim and snorkel on the other one. The room was very clean and detailed (even engraved silverware). Brian was super helpful man, who started to take care of us when we where still home yet! He will get anything you need to have a great stay! Honestly, I don’t really want to advertise this property just because I want to have it available for myself when I’ll come next time :)
