The owners have created an uncluttered, romantic atmosphere. They have owned this unit since 1988 and return every year to renew their vows. Credit card-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on every floor ($3.00 per wash and $2.25 per dry).

- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
