A comfortable historic hotel

Visit Falettis for it's history. It's a comfortable heritage hotel and the staff are attentive and friendly. It doesn't quite match high end European or US standards in fit and finish, but it has a lot of charm and was far superior to every other hotel I stayed in during my 3 weeks in Pakistan. I would definitely return.

Stayed 5 nights there. It was by far the best and charming accommodation during my Pakistan trip. Courteous staff keen to serve and satisfy the guest. Efficient concierge service. Appreciate the free return airport transfer. Room and bath slightly dusty, but generally clean. Slept very well on the king-size bed, even better then at home. They paid attention to my special requests regarding the room. Breakfast was a feast: rich spread of continental and above all delicious local dishes. I’ll miss it. Tranquillity and somewhat better air in highly polluted Lahore can be found in their inner yard. History-loaded house in an ultra-central location next to the Mall Rd. Would book again.

Don't stay here unless there is no other option

Worst hotel of the kind I have stayed at. Never been more disappointed. Firstly, the photos are fake. Many of the photos are actually from Nishat Hotel, including room photos and a photo of the pool (Faletti's has no pool). Listed services are also wrong. Secondly, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Changed rooms after I saw stains on a pillow. The duvet cover looked and felt like it had been washed a million times. Thirdly, electricity sockets were lose and more than once I saw sparks come out of it. That is a safety hazard AND horrible for electronic devices. Fourthly, rather than listing themselves on Hotels.com, it is actually some travel agent in Islamabad who is managing this listing, and they are charging a hefty commission. The hotel management seems completely unaware of this. Finally, I stayed here for the supposed history, and all the historic figures that have stayed here "since 1880", but they should really remove that because there are no artifacts or pictures, let alone furniture or anything else. They offer no information about any of that. The hotel is also somewhat far from the more happening areas of the city. Trust me. Pretty much any of the good hotels in Lahore would be MUCH MUCH better than this, for the same price. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Ce serait bien de changer la musique d'ambiance en salle de restaurant (du petit-déjeuner au dîner, celle-ci est identique, donc lassante) La mise à disposition de serviettes de toilette et de papier toilette dans les chambre est un parfois aléatoire. L'environnement au cours de la prise de repas l'après-midi et le soir est souvent extrêmement bruyant.
