Our 1 night stay was pleasent. We were able to comunicate by phone with manager the person in charge his name if I remmenber was Armando/Ricardo he was very desent and make us feel comfortable. The stay has like tropical fancy vibe from the outside and inside view. Nice for couple or friends trip. Walkable to any restaurant or shop options next to it.

The rooms are behind the restaurant. They don’t have a private parking. Inside the room you can hear everything from the outside and the people above you. Too noise in my opinion.

The hotel have a different name. And when I called nobody answered. Received a text asking what I wanted and when I said that I had a reservation the answer was don’t come until 3:30. I was not given the option for early check in or anything else the place is unsafe and I will call Daco to make a statement since they didn’t give me my money. I have to booked at a different hotel because I didn’t have any options and the place look horrible. Please do not book here

El hotel es muy céntrico. El cuarto que nos toco tenía la cocina ventana con ventana ruido hasta las 11:00pm. Pero la localización vale la pena.

Es probablemente el mejor sitio que vas a encontrar a este precio. Es muy buen area con restaurantes, tiendas y actividades turistas cerca. Hay estacionamiento al cruzar la calle. Me encanto que te daban descuentos en varios restaurantes y la piscina fue un plus. Mi primera habitacion era muy comoda pero encontre una cucaracha, cuando lo reporte me cambiaron a otra habitacion. Note varios problemas de mantenimiento, manchas en las sabanas, cosas rotas o oxidadas, etc pero eso es lo que toca cuando el precio es bajo. Añadiria un microondas a las habitaciones para facilitar el desayuno porque no hay muchos sitios donde desayunar cerca ni un supermercado en el area. Me volveria a quedar.

Overall we had a positive experience here. No resort fees which is a bonus. The restaurant below has good food and the staff is really nice. They even had a complimentary bottle of champagne for us! Only issue was finding the hotel because they do not have the hotel name anywhere. I had to go and ask. Great place to spend a night. Cheers!!

El area que da acceso a la piscina por el restaurant debe ser cerrada o mas privada. Tener accesorios en el baño como, dnd colocar el jabon y el papel sanitario. Tuve problema al momento de utilizar la television, hacer mas accesible la programacion. Mas alla de eso estoy extremadamente satisfecho.

Cuartos pequeños, pero acogedores y limpios. El personal es excelente en especial Samary qué desde el día 1 se desvivió por servirnos y hacernos sentir súper. Tuvimos un percance qué se daño el aire de la habitación y la encargada inmediatamente nos ubicó en otra. VOLVEMOS 🍾🤗

Escribo esto luego de haberle comunicado al administrador sobre la situación y no recibir respuesta. Anteriormente había alquilado una habitación por Airbnb y no hubo ningún problema así que decidí alquilar de nuevo a través de Expedia. Esta reservación no contiene número de habitación como en la vez anterior. Las direcciones del check in fueron: presencialmente 3pm-12am y después de 12am, un email llegará con la info. Llamé apróx. a las 9pm para que me dieran el número de la persona a cargo. Llegué al establecimiento como a las 11:57pm y estaba cerrado. Me atendieron por teléfono y no abría la habitación que me tocaba. Me dan otra habitación la cual no tenía toallas. Verónica me dijo que llegaría para darme las toallas. Al final tuvo un inconveniente y no pudo llegar, lo cual entiendo porque eran ya las 1:30am. Ya me había quedado dormida para cuando estaba disponible. Personalmente opino que no estaba tan limpia como anteriormente que me he quedado aquí. Las instrucciones del check-in no son correctas y no he tenido ninguna respuesta para reparar el inconveniente después de haberme comunicado por última vez y hacer check in. Me gusta mucho la Chalé y me gustaría seguir rentando, aunque con la respuesta a esta situación me han decepcionado.
